[IC] Alpha and Omega

Robin looked down at the person she'd taken down smelling wolfsbane that was all over the figure before she could do anything about it. It stung her mouth and before she knew it she'd fallen over. Who ever this was had it in their blood stream and all over their clothes. She started to feel her mind slowly going away from her as she fought to stay awake through the pain her body was feeling. Although before long she passed out on the ground in wolf form by the person she'd attacked.

Daniel cursed, running out making sure to put him between robin and the figure. Looking over his shoulder to robin, then the figure "I'll give you three seconds to run." The figure ran before he could get to two, he gently picked up robin. "I've got a room set up if you guys need it." David nodded, as he hauled mark to his feet hearing his friend groan in pain and his instincts to protect there own kicking in made him wince. He got mark on his stomach on the bed while Daniel laid robin on the other.

Robin looked broken, her breathing was rapid and she was developing a fever. Consuming so much of it had left her body relating to decaying slush on the inside. The healing she needed was going to take a lot longer. Someone was after the Marrock's daughter, the reason wasn't apparent, but they definitely wanted her dead. This first attempt had been really close if it weren't for Mark she'd be dead.

Mark knew by the more pain he was feeling, that his wolf was taking the wolfsbane from robin and putting it on himself. It hurt, and still he didn't know how it was going on. Though another thing about being omega he didn't quite understand yet.

A young girl that smelt like a vampire came into the room with medical supplies. She got a medication and injected it into Robin. Moments later Robin forcefully changed into human form her skin pale and wet from sweating. After she had shifted the girl put a wet towel on Robin's forehead before she covered her with a blanket. She walked over to Mark. "Are you still awake?" She asked him not really knowing for sure.

Mark groaned, "sorta I don't know I've been going in and out for a few minutes now." Sweat was beading down his forehead, as he coughed groaning lightly. He shivered, even though it wasn't even cold in the room.

The girl nodded and too not her towel wetting it before placing it on his forehead. She did the same she did to Robin but without the shot. "I'm going to inject you with something to help with the silver." She said before injecting something into his arm. For a child she knew more about medicine then someone would think.

Mark nodded slightly, groaning. The silver didn't hurt as much anymore, though the wolfsbane he had taken and from robins system too he was going to be out of action longer than robin was. It seemed like his wolf, knew more about this omega thing than he did.

[Smystar99]

"I can't do much about the wolfsbane because it's not too common to come across it here. I don't have anything to help. I would suggest both of you rest it out of your systems." She said and walked out of the room.

Mark nodded in response, shivering slightly. Though falling into a fitful sleep, his body raging a fever as it was working hard to fight off the wolfsbane since he had taken a large portion off of robin and onto himself.

Robin wasn't in a much better state. Her body and mind refused to wake up. Nightmares filled her mind the fever making her body or into fight or flight in her sleep. The young girl came in every thrity minutes to change out the towels on their heads. Eventually after a few hours she walked down to Daniel. "Their fevers still haven't broken I'm getting worried. Is it normal for lycans to have this big of a reaction to wolfsbane?" She asked scared.

Daniels brow creased, "for robin I think it was supposed to break already mark I think has taken a big chunk of the wolfsbane off of robin don't ask it's an omega thing though marks gonna be out longer than she is now I'm wondering why it's taking this long." Marks body was shivering and still some of the silver affected him.

[Smystar99]

"At this rate either of them could die from simple dehydration and a heat stroke. I need to start getting fluids into their bodies through IVs but I don't have any equipment to do so." She said suddenly scared by this information. "Do you know if there has been anything weird with Robin in the past? I know you haven't known her long but have you heard anything?"

[Xion Demente]

Daniel shook his head, "no I haven't I've only met robin today really mark though needs some water in him soon to be able to keep fighting off the large amount of wolfsbane he had taken from robin but with robin her healing should have kicked in by now. Though if mark can't fight back the wolfsbane soon it will damage his wolf or even him he needs the strength to fight back right now he doesn't have that strength and I don't know why."

"Well we havery to figure out that problem as soon as possible. Robin's should have kicked in by now I agree. I'm going to see if there is anything unusual about her physically that may have cause something." She said and with that walked back up to the room they were in. It took her less than a few minutes to figure out the problem. Running out the door she went into the hallway and yelled, "Daniel come quickly!"

Daniel cursed silently to himself, he knew it must've not been good. With that he ran up the stairs, turning the corner into the room. Seeing mark lying still on his bed sweat covering his forehead then looking to robin. "What's wrong?"

She looked at him before walking over to Robin. She pulled up Robin's shirt up to where her heart was. In it was a broken silver blade fused to her skin. The skin around it raw and scared. "How long do you think that's been there?" The girl said scared wondering how Robin was walking around with a dagger literally in her heart.

Daniel looked at it, brows creasing. "Few weeks because with that there in a couple months the flesh would have already burned away." David looked wide eyed at his alpha, no one knew not even mark she had hidden her pain to it well.

[Smystar99]

"We can't move it, how is she supposed to get better when she's fighting two things at once?" The young vampire asked not knowing much about lycans but knowing well enough that just fighting silver was bad enough without adding wolfsbane to the mix.

Daniel thought for a moment, before walking over to mark. Gently shaking his prone form awake, a groan escaped his lips as he was pulled from his dreams to reality. He didn't bother opening his eyes, "what?" His voice was weak as his body was still fighting. "Robin has silver infused with her skin over her heart does your wolf know someway to get it out?" Mark thought for a moment, "hold on it might weaken me more though not to where I can die." With that he concentrated, taking deep breaths as best he could. The silver was slowly coming out but it wasn't painful like a wound. It was coming out like magic almost like fae magic but it wasn't. His breathing was harsh once it was done his body was weakened further.
