The city seems to burn around him as he walks in dark clothes unseen. He looks around and doesn't see anyone. No villain or hero. But there hasn't been a true group of heroes in awhile, so he isn't that surprised. He pauses in front of the tall building. This is where they said they were sending people.
He stares down at the purple, red, and orange pieces of fabric on his katanas before he stares up at the inconspicuous building. He then looks down at his Changer. It seems to be fully functioning. Donny did a good job with these before he… died. He sighs, choking back tears, and heads up to the building. He looks at the glass. There’s nothing on the door to indicate where to go. He sighs again and walks inside the building.
Inside the building is completely silent and empty, but straight in front of him there is a staircase leading further underground. The staircase is dark and at only certain points does it actually light up. He shudders and begins a slow walk down the staircase. As he descends, he notices the dust on the walls. No one has been here in a long time. He reaches the lower floor and looks around.
His footsteps echo in the hallways as he begins to walk down it. He looks into each door, checking each room for any signs of life, good or bad. Each one is empty but has a bed, which makes him think that there are going to be a few people here. This is a lot different than the sewers. He sees what looks like a meeting room ahead, or a living room. He walks into the meeting room. It is very interesting looking. It has a giant flat screen television a bunch of computers to the far left of the room and a small kitchenette to the far right. He walks all the way and goes to sit down. He sits down on a half circle couch that is turned to face the flat screen television. He waits for the others to show up.
