John looked over at the man who had taken the Snickers from Simon. "What about you? What's your power?" he asked, a look of genuine interest in his eyes. John hadn't met many other people with powers in his lifetime so to see so many here in the same room was amazing. And based on all their powers so far, he figured they'd make a formidable team. And he was pretty sure that finding villains wouldn't take them that long.

"Cool name." Meta said nonchalantly as he out his snickers bar in his pocket, he was planning to save it for later. Simon was starting to get slightly annoying at the moment, but did not show it, he just continued to give him a calm and straight face. Then John came by an joined the conversation, " Can a man not sleep without the whole world bothering him." he said sadly in his head.

Meta raised an eyebrow to the man's question, was he supposed to present already. "Why, is it my turn to present already." he asked as he yawned loudly, still feeling the sleep nagging at him.

"That's a great idea," Captain says, overhearing their conversation. She turns toward the group of three young men talking to each other. Her eyes turn to Meta. "Why don't you come out center floor and show your powers?" She narrows her eyes, waiting for him to come. So far, they had a fairly well round group in accordance with fighting styles. There are a little iffy people here, but she is overall happy with the group.

"Damn." Meta mumbled under his breathe as Captain told him to present. If felt like work, and he hated work, but he also did not want to see what would happen if he did not. Meta begrudgingly,stood up and slowly made his way over to the center of the room, all eyes were on him, which made him a little nervous. Once he got to the middle of the room, he game the Captain a look of utter distaste before looked into the crowd.

"My name is Alexander Cario, but I would prefer if you just called me Meta, and only Meta." he said with a bit of an edge. " My power are simple, nothing flashy, I can just... manipulate metal, hence the name Meta." He looked to the crowd than realized he probably had to give a demonstration. "Damn" mumbled a second time. He thrusted his hand out toward the right wall, and pulled his hand back, as if he had touched something hot, at the same time, the wall folded outwards towards him, and then with more metal bending sounds and screams, the metal gave way and flew towards Meta's open hand, but it stopped a few inches in front of his hand. He then flicked his wrist to the right and the metal panel then spin to the right, it started to gain speed, as it spun the metal begun to shape into a spiral rod, about 2 feet long. It than stopped spinning and landed in his open hand, he then turned around and hurled it at the Captain's head, but it was of its mark and whipped past her head, and lodged itself deep into back wall, Meta shrugged and went to take his seat once again.

When Simon heard Alex say that his power wasn't flash, he had to speak up.

"Dude haven't you read or seen the X-Men? Magneto was totally awesome, your powers are badass!" he said excitedly.

Ruby is led down the halls of the building, escorted by several men, one with his pistol at her back at all times. She was surprised at how the place looked. The building wasn't as run down as she expected. It was quite clean, and there were gang members walking around as if they were high-ups, with what looked like lower members in the more downed area of the building. Eventually, Ruby and her escorts made it to a large door. One of the men knocked on the door, and a slit opened with two mean looking eyes glaring through.
"There is someone here to see the boss."
"Who."
"Some girl. She seems harmless."
The slit closed, and a few minutes passed. There was a click, and the door opened. Ruby was shoved into the room, the door closing behind her. "Sit down." The man in the room says. Surely he can't be the leader of this gang. She thought to herself as she sat down. A few moments later, a door at the back of the room opens, and a large, bulky man walks in. Ruby's eyes widened a little. Now he looks like a leader.
The man walks to the desk in the room, sitting down, his eyes half-glaring at Ruby. Ruby squints her eyes a little.

"So. What do you want?" Burnie asks, crossing his arms. Ruby closes her eyes for a few moments, and then opens them again, before telling Burnie of how she had walked into a meeting of heroes, and what happened at the meeting. Burnie listens carefully, his attention never leaving the words that leave Ruby's mouth. When she is done, Burnie lets out a long, loud huff. "How do I believe you?" He asks. Ruby pulls down her hood, to reveal her two cat ears. As if to prove that they are real, she wiggles them. Another huff comes from Burnie. "If I were a normal person, I would have you ransomed. I'd laugh. I'd say what you are saying is not real." He holds out his hand, and watches as a small fire starts. "Together, you and I shall rid this city of the heroes. When they choose to emerge. For now, you shall join my gang. Not as a lowly recruit, but as someone higher up." Ruby grins. "Just give me a gun." Burnie holds out his hand, and Ruby shakes it.

A few minutes later, Ruby is dressed in a thin, wetsuit like suit that is entirely white save for a few red lines on it. Burnie had claimed that they had raided it from a military truck, and that it was bulletproof. Ruby only believed the military truck part. She wasn't sure if the suit was bulletproof. If it was, surely it would come with a helmet. Another minute passed, and she now had a rifle in her hands, sitting in Burnie's office. They began to talk about a bank robbery.

Umi was leaning against a wall, avoiding all possible social interactions that passed her. She began to walk down alleyways and passed crowded buildings, headed towards a bank. For once she wasn't planning to cause a disturbance in there. She just really needed some money. All she had were ones and fives. Umi needed some god damn tens so that she could buy something to calm her down.

Captain isn't fazed by Meta's throw and she looks over at Simon as he says that sentence excitedly. She rolls her eyes and says loudly, not waiting for Meta to respond to Simon's question, "You." She points to John. "It's your turn. Step up to the middle and show us what you can do." She needs to get through everyone else very quickly because she has some information that she needs to tell them. Their first assignment as a whole team. Well, not as a whole team. They would wind up splitting into two groups for this assignment. She looks over at Leonardo and nods to him. She and him had been friends for a long time and she wouldn't make him go. She already knew what he could do.

Leonardo catches the nod and smiles. He is surprised that she still remembers him. Last time they had seen each other, him, Donnie, and Raph were breaking into a gang encampment to save Michelangelo from being shot on the spot for trying to save a friend. She had been one of the gang's prisoners and they had busted her out along with a few others. The others hadn't seen what the Turtles had actually looked like, but she had and she knew their secret. She begged them to let her come with them, but they couldn't. Leonardo frowns as he remembers this.

Once Meta was seated, he was greated by Simon, who apparently thought that his powers were similars to Magneto. Meta casually gave Simon a "Hmm hum" and went back into half sleep state.
