I'm going to say, you can have him believe that he's a "true vampire" as an antagonist (delusion brought by age and power perhaps?) but there will be no such thing in the RP. And telekinesis/psychokinesis is fine, but I'm tentatively not allowing Vitae Manipulation.

Hell yeah! :D I'm sure Klaus agrees with the Blackmoore's philosophies anyway, lol. Edit: Also, do we still want to have a Chatzy going? I already lost the other thread, but if we do, we can make a new one? Or use another site. Or Skype even, if y'all are up for it.

Ok. So here's my idea. I plan to play a vampire who's not from NY, who's called in to help with a situation there. This vampire isn't going to be super old, but he's known to be a regulator of his kind. In other words, he's put down a few renegade vampires who were disrupting the peace, revealing vampires to humanity, or otherwise gone completely insane. He generally sides with humans, but OOC he's actually quite neutral. I'll describe his motives and backstory in my CS. Perhaps the Kingstons had enough influence and knowledge to find him and contact him, so now he shows up in NYC. How's that for an entrance?

I'd be down. Klaus seems like the type to be on his hit list, haha, but we can definitely work a character like that in. Maybe Mira or Praetor called him in. I'm too tired atm to think of a good reason, but I'm sure there's one here somewhere.

Praetor might be once again he more of vampire hunter than regulator. He just kills them to thin the ranks... He's a real asshole, other times he's polite and friendly, heck he teaches humans as a pass time. Also he's a necromancer and killed his way through history... Damn he sounds broken as hell when I talk about him like that.
