All Spartans in the Spartan Branch have the exact same rank. That rank is Spartan. Apollo Anders rank should be Spartan. Palmer while referred to as Commander, her rank is Spartan. Right, I won't keep my mouth shut. Spartans do have rank, the LORE establishes that with Master Chief's rank. Do not take a quote out of context and use that as a crutch. Commander Palmer's rank is Commander, the reason she's in charge of the Spartan IVs is because she's got the rank and experience. Kindly refrain from further misquotations or I may get angry and I'd rather enjoy the RP.

Master Chief is a Spartan-II. The Spartan Branch which is mostly Spartan-IVs has a single rank, Spartan.

Kindly refrain from being oblivious to the differences between the various Spartan programs. As for getting angry, go ahead it will not do any good nor make you right. It was not a misquotation, a misquotation would have involved getting the quote wrong, such as leaving words out, spelling errors, or something else. That quote is word for word exactly the same as it appeared in the comic. Her unorthodox approach to the Force kept her permanently at odds with the Jedi Council. She preferred to stop a threat before it was a threat, or in its infancy, the Council disagreed, leaving Felicia to no choice but to set out on her own. She is also open about his opinions to the point of tactlessness. Bio: Felicia was discovered to be Force Sensitive at the age of sixteen. Being one of two surviving Spartan-IIs has been hard on him, making him more introverted and anti-social than normal.
