we have a "celestial bond wizard" who doesn't actually summon his spirits, but rather borrows their powers. I mean a traditional Celestial Wizard

No Kyuuten summons them like any other Celestial wizard and he can choose to either fight together with them or merge together. Again sorry I haven't been active. Trying to get things worked out so I have more cpu time.

I don't mind if you make a celestial wizard. In fact I have a personal arc for Kyuuten in which maybe he could teach yours how to use celestial unity.
