The League of Shadows

Ra's al Ghul

Name - Ra's al Ghul
Alias - The Demon's Head
Age - Over seven hundred years old
Powers - Ra's al Ghul is a superb fighter, perhaps the most deadly sword wielder alive. Al Ghul has had centuries of training and practice, making them more than a match for Batman himself. Through use of the alchemical Lazarus Pits, al Ghul has been able to prolong his life considerably and can also transfer his soul into other bodies through ancient rituals. In addition, Ra's has a mind naturally inclined towards science and analysis. They are an excellent strategist and tactician. Over his centuries of existence, Ra's has amassed an enormous amount of information, resources, and wealth. She keeps several hundred clones of her current body, meaning she has a surplus stock of replacement organs and tissues for whenever she is injured.
Weaknesses - Despite his enhanced strength and agility, Ra's is no more durable than a normal human.
Appearance - Years ago Ra's original body began to reject the wonders of the Lazarus pits. They no longer rejuvenated him as they once did. Knowing his time on earth was short, and his mission far from complete, The Demon's Head pursued another avenue towards immortality. Using foul magics and ancient rituals he inserted his mind and soul into the body of his daughter, Talia al Ghul. He wears deceptively archaic looking armour under a robe and collar of rich red with gold trim.
Weapons - Ra's sword is never far from his hand.
Notes - One of the most deadly individuals on the planet, one does not take the decision to face the Demon's Head lightly.

Lady Shiva

Name - Cassandra Cain
Alias - Lady Shiva
Age - 35
Powers -Due to the harsh training she went through as a child, Cassandra is one of the greatest martial artists in the world and is a master assassin. Her physical skills, especially her speed and reactions, are so great as to appear superhuman. Some of her feats include shattering brick and stone with her bare hands, using nerve strikes and pressure points to disable meta-human foes and dodging bullets fired at her from point blank range. She has invented her own styles and techniques. She is skilled in being able to comprehend a person's body movements as if it were language or speech, and thus knows what actions a person will use before they actually do. Her ability to comprehend body language enables her to quickly learn new martial arts style. She has learnt to use her mothers trademark ability, 'The Leopard Blow', a strike capable of killing even the hardiest of opponents.
Weaknesses - Lady Shiva's only weakness could be that she is over confident in her abilities.
Appearance - Lady Shiva
Weapons - Nothing but her bare hands. She's never needed more than that in the past.
Notes - Cassandra in this universe never managed to escape her mother and father, instead becoming the perfect weapon they always wanted her to be. Several years ago she defeated her mother in mortal combat, taking the Lady Shiva name for herself. Ra's has made her The Sensei, the one responsible for the training of his troops. She takes the role very seriously.

The Seven Men of Death

Merlyn the Dark Archer

Name - Arthur Merlyn
Alias - the Dark Archer, the Magician
Age - 54
Powers - Merlyn is one of the most skilled archers on the planet, perhaps the greatest after the passing of Oliver Queen. His skill is so great that he has been seen to shoot arrows out of flight, ricochet arrows off of surfaces and even strike several targets in the same move. He is also a trained hand-to-hand combatant. While not quite at the level of true martial artists, he has more than enough skill to dominate the uninitiated. He has been entrusted with leading the Seven Men of Death, which means not only is he one of the most deadly assassins of the Shadows, but Ra's trusts his tactical prowess as well.
Weaknesses - Merlyn is no longer as young as he once was, not as fast or as strong. Some even say his eyes may be going. However nobody has ever been stupid enough to say it to his face.
Appearance - Merlyn wears a darker version of the costume once donned by Oliver Queen.
Weapons - Merlyn's bow is a true technical marvel. It features multiple choices of draw weights for targets at different ranges or requiring different stopping power, hydraulic assisted arms, laser sighting, automatic reload system and is bio-metrically tuned to magician himself. While he does prefer to use regular carbon broad heads, he will use 'trick arrows', when it is called for. Trick arrows include tazer arrows, thermite arrows, fragmentation arrows and tranquilizer arrows.
Notes - A combination of Arthur King from the comics, and Malcolm Merlyn from the tv show 'Arrow'.

The Heretic

Name - Ibn al Xu'ffasch
Alias - The Heretic
Age - 10, though genetically engineered to physical peak
Powers - Through a combination of the armour he wears genetic engineering, and the super steroid Venom, the Heretic has superhuman strength and power. Ibn can easily lift grown men with one hand, send foes flying with his strikes and crack men's skulls in his bare hands. He also has superhuman durability, showing very little reaction unless a superhuman opponent strikes him.
As well as his physical stats, the Heretic has incredible skill in unarmed combat. He uses his shear power to fight in conjunction with his martial ability to overpower his foes.
Weaknesses - Al Xu'ffasch isn't very intelligent, his development more geared towards creating an unthinking weapon rather than a rounded human being, though he does have a savage cunning on the battlefield.
Appearance - The Heretic cuts an imposing figure, standing in his armour at slightly over seven feet tall.
Weapons - The Heretic usually prefers to merely use his size, power and fighting skills to beat his foes, though he does carry some utility objects in the pouches crossed upon his chest. Grenades, flash-bangs, knives, bolas.
Notes - This is the 2020 universe's version of Damian Wayne, though one that was only ever raised to be an unthinking weapon rather than the future leader of the League of Shadows, or inheritor of Batman's mantle.

Manotaur

Name - Mark Ross
Alias - Manotaur
Age - 23
Powers - Ross's most obvious power's are the strength his bull like visage would give him. He possess incredible strength, able to lift well over thirty tonnes. His speed is also impressive, able to run at a dead sprint of almost thirty miles per hour. Perhaps at odds with his brutish visage, Manotaur also has a genius level intellect. He has developed his own armour and weapons, most of it by combining alien technology with human innovations. His armour contains its own forcefield that is more than strong enough to withstand a direct blast from a tank shell.
Weaknesses - While intelligent, Ross easily falls into beserker rages. If inflammed enough his more animal instincts will take precdence over higher level thinking. When that happens he becomes just as much a liability as a asset to his fellow Men of Death.
Appearance - Manotaur appears like a minotaur from ancient myth. His armour is designed to evoke that worn by the hoplites of old.
Weapons - Manotaur's prime weapon is his rail gun, a rifle capable of blasting through plate steel. If foes make it to close combat distance Ross will equip his battle axe.
Notes - He and the Heretic serve as the Men of Death's main muscle. Manotaur started off in Kingdom Come, and to my knowledge DC have never used him since.

Rattlesnake

Name - Unknown
Alias - Rattlesnake
Age - Appears to be in mid thirties
Powers - Rattlesnake got his name from his viper like quickness with a pistol. He's a brilliant shot, with reflexes quick enough to challenge Lady Shiva.
Weaknesses - Rattlesnake isn't quite the hand to hand combatant other members of the League are. His style is far more rough and ready brawling than refined martial artistry. While better than your average street tough in a fist fight, he can't really take a dedicated fighter.
Appearance - Rattlesnake stands about 6'2" tall, lean as a whip and as tough as old boot leather.

The League of Shadows assassins

Details - A group of assassins and terrorists. Each one is a martial artist of incredible and deadly skill. Most prefer to use weaponry from bygone eras, such as swords, kusarigama and shuriken, though they will use assault rifles and grenades if the situation calls for it.

Man-Bat Commandos

Details - A select group of elite League of Shadow members given Dr Kirk Langstrom's Man-Bat serum. Sonic echolocation, flight and amazing speed is offset by the brittleness of their hollow bones. They come armed with bladed weapons, bolas, and shuriken.

The Wanderer

Name - Vitoria
Alias - The Wanderer
Age - 34
Powers - Her touch is deadly. Any part of her exposed skin has the ability to kill an opponent on contact. After being bitten by the wandering spider of the Amazon her skin now has the property to produce the toxin/venom of the creature. Her "death touch" is simply her delivering a large dose of the spiders venom upon contact. A very capable martial artist and gymnast able to spar with Lady Shiva. She is an expert tracker able to stalk her prey and zone in on them from across the world
Weaknesses - The Wanderer is no hardier than an average human being. She neglects wearing armour to instead allow her to bear more skin to more effectively transmit her venoumous touch. This however means she is easier to injure, needing to rely on her speed and agility to out-maneuver her foes.
Appearance - Twoimages, since I couldn't find one good one.
Weapons - N/A
Notes - The Wanderer is a true psycopath, nothing thrills her more than beating and killing foes. Some time ago she started a misguided quest to destroy the League of Shadows, not out of any thoughts of riteousness or justice, but because they proved to be the most exciting kills. Eventually Ra's tired of her, and sent Merlyn to track her down and bring her in. Then he offered her a simple choice. Either start working for him, or die. She chose the former, and has never looked back.

Snow White

Name - Alice Snowdon
Alias - Snow White
Age - Late twenties
Powers - Can generate extreme temperatures of cold in order to freeze molecules of moisture that hang in the air to freeze others in place, summon gusts of super-cold air, and create weapons such as ice-dagger. Her most deadly ability is one far less austentatious though as she can absorb all of the heat from outsider sources, generally used to reduce the temperature of people's bodies until they freeze to death and reduce the heat of her surroundings. As a result, heat based-weapons strengthen her rather than weaken.
Weaknesses - Alice's strengths lie entirely with her powers. She has no close combat skills to speak off.
Appearance - Alice is 5'4" with a slight, waifish figure. She seems ephemeral, almost as if she's just stepped out of some storied, fairy-tale land rather than being a deadly assassin.

Manchester Black

Name - Manchester Black
Alias - Manchester Black
Age - Mid thirties
Powers - Black is the heavy hitter of the Seven, a skilled telekinetic and telepath who is capable of very precise uses of telekinesis or massive and powerful strikes. He can give foes the equivalent of a stroke by telekinetically pinching the blood vessels in brain or emit offensive blasts and erect shields over himself and others. He was also able to create very detailed illusions on a vast scale, and could theoretically telepathically control thousands of minds at the same time, though the strain on his own psyche would be astronomical.
Weaknesses - Black has very few. He is undoubtedly the powerhouse of the League, only ever released to handle the most delicate of missions. Perhaps his only weakness is the tight leash Ra's keeps him on, and the drugs he's fed keeping him from true free will, stunting his powers and reaction times.
Appearance - Black has the stringy, sinewy build one might equate with a weasel or a rat. Some kind of rodent anyway. Don't be fooled though, he doesn't need to look tough to be able to crush you.
Weapons - Just his mind.
Notes - Manchester grew up with very little trust for traditional heroes, feeling there was a need for a much harder line when dealing with the villains of the day. He especially wanted to open the eyes of Superman, chief amongst the morally upstanding paragons of the day. He wanted to show the man of steel that the only way to truly deal with villains was to kill them. Time and again he met with failure, Superman's resolve proving far to difficult to break. Eventually it was Manchester who was on the verge of giving up, when he was approached by Ra's al Ghul. Ra's offered him the chance to be part of an orginisation that could really change things, that would one day be at the center of a revolution that would be an end to costumed villainy. Manchester accepted. Ironically Ra's has been manipualting the telepath ever since, using hypnotic suggestion, drug therapy and twisted alchemy to bend Black to his will.
