All right. I'll work on it in the future, because I feel like I might be falling into a rut of how I typically like to get really into the minutiae of it, and consequently losing the character's voice as a result.

I am not exaggerating when I say I've spent the past few months meticulously crafting Oswald's character from the ground up- he's ultimately come out somewhat like Shirou from Fate/Stay Night. There are a lot of differences though. He's more of a Knight Templar than a Hero of Justice.

But he's not a Knight Templar either, just closer to that side than to "Save everybody because fee-fees"

Since minus the little area that has thread on it the entire wall is covered in swords I say the threads are next to the swords not the other way around.

Yeah. Like I just said, I'm feeling a bit unsure about whether or not getting into so much detail was the best choice for Luke, given that he doesn't exactly draw inspiration from any martial artists or anything.

Like, it's what I posted and then there's "Araragi read about Aikido one time I think" in regards to his chief inspiration. And then Kumagawa may know a lot about attacking weak points, but he's not exactly a pugilist either.

So the tone switch when writan the fightan feels a bit wonky in retrospect.

Funny how things work out like that.

If you mean for the mission as a whole: I guess @Suku, but I think they warned ahead of time that they'd have trouble and to proceed without them.

EDIT: Just to add to the epidemic of character personalities changing topic, Robert isn't being a goofball anymore either. The epidemic has spread to even the most immune characters! Run for your lives!

You know you could just make the one running also a clone. With a Semblance like that, that's a very normal tactic and then reveal there are more in the area further back. There's also that Jack did go in for a punch, Clown still has a chance to parry or avoid.

You can't run from Jack, I'm sure Clown would know just from the brief display with the White Fang goons earlier.

Unless he runs very fast through a lot of obstacles, there won't be a very thrilling chase.

Kind of. He hasn't totally lost hope yet-he gets motivation from his allies, but he himself broke down a few years back and has been running on fumes ever since.

I didn't want to make the semblance to be too overpowered, so I'm keeping it to three clones at a time. Or would you rather this happen:

EDIT: Also, "three clone limit" and "three clowns escaping". Seems a bit suspicious to me, probably not Jack though.

While that would be funny, you're over exaggerating. The clown guy is a boss, so I would expect his semblance to be somewhat powerful.

So Archer before he decided "Fuck this" and goes UBW? Emiya seemed like he was already running on the high of being a counter guardian, so I'm guessing Oswald is just surviving by the credo of being a Hunter.
