And suddenly everyone realizes that Sapphire has stabbed Shiro and is attempting to throw his body off herself.

Not sure about Shiro but I think a showdown, quite possibly a physical one is inevitable between Sapphire and Gren. While I like his character and Sapphire has some respect for his abilities as a huntsman the fact that he thinks he can do her job better than she can (and she knows he thinks so) is gonna start grating on her nerves at every turn.
