@Guess Who Castle in the Sky is the Ghibli movie I will always recommend. Mononoke's good stuff, but Laputa is some of Ghibli's best shit.

Hey @Lugubrious I believe there was some discussion about whether Beacon had a garage where one of the teams could store an SUV or some such. I believe I've located precedent.

The appearance of the Unsubtle in the Armory garage made Oswald chuckle from deep in his chest. "Fuckin' Marcus. I could not be with a better team leader, for the love of all that is good in the world." The professor's interest in the marvel of engineering was quite apparent, and it made quite a bit of sense. How could one look at that thing without experiencing some sense of awe? Even Oswald, as simple as he was, couldn't help but get excited as he thought of how much work and machinery went into the tank sitting in the class.

Man, with all this hype over Yansangue/Yangue, me having finally gotten around to reading Geoff John's Forever Evil (which was an okay story though there was nothing about it that made it really stand out amongst his other work like Infinite Crisis for example), and having rewatched the Crisis on Two Earths movie because Forever Evil reminded me of its existence, I really want the next contest to be some sort of "your character fights their evil doppelganger" thing. But if I judged it than I wouldn't get to have people judge my own entry and I'd probably get stressed when the end of the month came and classes started up again...

Ah what the Hell, not like I've ever been one that was good at avoiding temptation (my bank account is a testament to that). Yo @Lugubrious buddy, does anybody have dibs on the next contest? 'Cause if not, I'd be willing to judge my first one.

6 foot even. I cheated when it came to his height and weight and just took my own minus an inch and few pounds, but I wanted to make him a bit scrawny and since I already am it seemed the easiest way.
