Actually I took two years of Spanish in high school because A. You need to take two years of a foreign language in order to graduate and B. I figured knowing Spanish would be a useful skill to have... Never again. I barely made it out alive.

"Yes, I already happened to notice that," replied the headphone-wearing girl impassively, though it was obvious that her response had been laced with more sarcasm than Rohypnol in some teenage party-goer's glass of shitty punch.

Talking to the excitable feline made Gratia feel like she was conversing with a little girl in a way; the Faunus seemed so strangely detached from the reality around them, and it was always difficult to deal with people who were a bit rambunctious and strange. She'd experienced her fair share of weirdos before (such as the cheese-eating fucker), but child-like ones would always pose a problem. Especially when they seemed to have no real idea about what they were doing.

It was real fucking annoying.

She just wanted Emerald to stop being so bloody distracting. And to stop going for Bianca's wings. That was distracting too. And overly disruptive to the general atmosphere of a fucking library. A place where shit should be quiet. And lacking in people throwing books.

"Stop trying to eat my teammate," she ordered, voice growing more solemn and serious as she let go of the cat's tail. "You could be the goddamn Energizer mascot with all your fucking around."
