But if you combine it with the family name, it can evoke a picture, no?

That means you didn't choose the worst options xD Sangue's standards are fairly low for people she could befriend with

Only the worst options can lead you to the "worst" result, which isn't too bad either lol. There's no super bad result!

EDIT: If you have at least one positive or neutral opinion about Sangue, then you won't get the "Soooorta" ending and instead get the "Yes!" result.
