@MelonHead I always imagine Fury as being voiced by Sean Schemmel, the voice of Goku. However, more angry. As in, constantly angry. So SSJ4 Goku.
And
I always imagine Kanitah as being voiced by Steve Blum, the voice of Spike Spiegel. However, deeper and a bit older. So Jack Cayman, another Blum role.
It would be difficult to describe Fury's voice, though I always try to. It's sort of like a moderately deep male voice interlaced with some dark ethereal voice, maybe like the Lich King or something.
It's more noticeable when he shouts or is otherwise angry as the Void exploits his Fury, hence the name, but yeah basically the possession thang.
My next post may take a while, I like Fury to have good reasons for his actions so thinking through why he may want to kill Kanitah particularly will require some thought.
Though, to be honest. I really just expected Fury to respond with something along the vein of: "I hate your face. Your smug sense of justice. I hate your guts and everything about you."

Old Fury probably would have, he once literally beat the living shit out of a demon for flying over and taunting him, didn't say a word he just got straight to business.
Current Fury is having something of a personal crisis, it's been ongoing for a while now.
I'm still hoping I get to play out Fury's end game, it requires a few people to play supporting roles but it would be an interesting conclusion to his story if it ever comes to fruition.
The Ku-Ni-Tin general that I am referencing was a psychopath who had hijacked the government's assets of war. Staging invasions on the principal of genetic purity, that all races were inferior.
The irony being that he was 80% machine, and 20% man. Making him a contradiction to his own doctrine. Phenomenal powers came with his mechanical upgrades though. Total nutjob.
Just thought I'd point out that although Kanitah does have an advantage ducking because he's pretty short Fury's strike is still a punch driving downwards and was aimed at his nose in the first place, so ducking under it cleanly would be difficult, it would probably just come down on the top of Kanitah's head instead.
Actually scratch that, he is even shorter than I remember, he probably could have ducked under it.
I was actually speaking with a guy about the Mayweather and Pac-Man fight, and he said that Mayweather fights a lot like Muhammad Ali. I disagree, though there are a few similarities between their fighting styles. And I have to commend Mayweather for winning, Pac's a good fighter.
