Personality: Usually very free-spirited, acting informal around others and often forgetting to address his superiors properly. That's not to say he's disrespectful, quite the opposite in fact, as he does look up to and respect those of higher rank. His main problem is having a tendency to forget to use proper etiquette is all. He's always eager to train or spar, refusing to let any opportunity to prove himself slip by. That could also be considered his weakness as well, as his overall eagerness to prove himself can and has gotten him into trouble on occasion. Beyond that, though, he's a good kid at heart and can be obedient when the situation gets serious. History: Unlike many apprentices, who live with their families in the main town of the Land of Departure, Rei actually lives in Master Yen Sid's tower. This is because, unlike the Master's other pupils, Rei doesn't actually have a family that he's aware of. For as long as he remembers, it was the Master who took care of him, helped him learn to walk, and all in all acted as the boy's father when he would otherwise have had none. This created a rather close bond between Rei and Yen Sid, though it's not without its annoyances, as Rei developed a history of speaking out against the Master more than others, and also feeling like he was being coddled compared to the other apprentices despite Yen Sid's insistence that that wasn't the case. So that was Rei's life for the most part. Living in a wizard's tower, raised by one of the last remaining survivors of the War of Souls, who also became his Keyblade Master on top of that. And while Rei is usually happy enough to accept that, he sometimes can't shake the feeling that there's something more, or like something is missing. Personality: Franky is a boy who truly values freedom, one who really doesn't do well when he believes that he's becoming a slave to someone else's will. That said, he's not necessarily opposed to staying in one place, or following some sort of structure set in place by someone else. He make's a clear distinction between something that was forced on him (a cage) and something he agreed to or chose (a nest). While he is very familiar with high society etiquette, he also can't stand it. As a result, he is a very casual, touchy feely kind of guy

History: Cutty Flam was born to an influential family, one with quite a bit of money. You'd think that growing up loaded would make for an awesome childhood...well you'd be wrong. Since there was no one else his age that his parents deemed 'fit' to be with him, Cutty grew up very alone. Despite being their only child, his parents rarely had any time for him. In fact, it was only when they dragged him off to parties that they spent the most time with him. Despite the fact that they were his parents, they always felt like strangers to him. Not helping was that he even sometimes forgot what they looked like.

One day, when seven year old Cutty was really miserable, he decided to wander outside of his family's estate. As he had never caused any sort of problems in the past, Cutty wasn't being watched, so he was able to get out without any real trouble. Once out in the streets, he quickly realized that his clothes would give away his family's status. He was able to find a decent looking cloak that had been thrown away in an ally. While it was too big for him, it did it's job of hiding his clothes. Now blending in with the people round him, he soon came across a group of kids his age. Seeing his cloak, they all assumed that he was from a poor family, since it was far to big for him. When he told the other kids his name, they all laughed, since they thought it sounded stupid. The oldest looking one then said that his new name was Franky.

Over the course of a year, Franky would continue to sneak out and play with his friends. While he never had any trouble getting out, he did find it kind of depressing that no one ever noticed that he was gone. However one day, one of his family's servants found him outside with the other children. Bringing him home, she informed his parents about it at once. As punishment, Franky was confined to his room for a full week. When they finally let him out, they had him dressed up in nice clothes and brought him to a fancy restaurant. This confused Franky greatly, even more when he saw another family sit at their table, a mother, father, and daughter about his age. However things soon became quite clear to him; they were arranging a marriage. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. Franky couldn't stand these two strangers controlling his life anymore, so he ran. Out of the restaurant and into the streets. While his family sent out a search party, it was a Keyblade Master who found him first. He offered to bring young Franky to the castle so that he could be trained to use a Keyblade, something that Franky jumped to accept. Once at the castle, in order to differentiate 'Cutty Flam' from 'Franky' he let his hair grow out. To his surprise, he found that it spiked up completely naturally.

Personality: Yurei is a very calm individual, who can easily make friends with almost everyone in the world. However there are two things that are able to piss him off, mistaking him for a woman and threatening the security his companions and/or friends. However being calm doesn't mean he doesn't know how to be scary, with a simple icy smile is he is able to terrify even the bravest of the warriors, that would probably be due to the shock. He also speaks about matters like death, suicide, self harming or torture in a very natural way. History:Yurei is a traveler, surviving with a pocket of munny on his pocket and his cooking abilities to grant him food(DUUH!) and some extra munny for his necessities. He came from a perfect family, a caring mom, a nice dad and two relying older brothers, however...he never really achieved anything by himself, his brothers were vastly superior to him in anything. What did he do? He left home to expand his horizons and get new skills, that said travel began when he was 16 years old. He doesn't recall how he achieved his keyblade, he could bring it forth ever since he was 12, but he really never saw any use to it, that was until he reached the Lands of Departure and met other keyblade wielders like him! He decided then to stop his journey for a while and train, like this he could serve for a greater purpose. He managed to make some good friends with his easy going personality, and is said to be a very skilled magic user and a good tactician. A rather girlish looking man, Jinsei is painfully aware of how feminine he can appear sometimes, so much in fact that he recoils at the very mention of him being girly. His slender body only adds to this dislike of his, though his lean and cut muscles are a small boost to his pride. He stands at a height of 5'8" with dark brown hair and crimson eyes, leaving many to believe that he has, in some form, delved into Darkness.

Personality: Jinsei means Life, and while that term is greatly unappreciated, it would seem that the name has instilled a tremendous love for all life in the lad. A bit playful and all around reckless, the adventure loving youth is greatly influenced by the history and struggles of the Keyblade Wielders before him. His devotion to the forgotten art is unrivaled, as he goes beyond the duty to correct what's wrong. His fiery spirit is often his undoing but more often than not, its the light in his heart that guides him. History: The child of a Magician under the orders of Yen Sid and a traveling vagabond, Jinsei has always been around the mystic arts and paranormal of worlds. In the Land of the Departure, he was known as a troublemaker who got into physical confrontations over the respect of the Keyblade Wielders. His mother who worked with Yen Sid was often reprimanding him. Over the years, Yen Sid saw something inside the boy and though it lingered on both Pride and Devotion, he was adamant about grasping him for the light. His devotion to the Keyblade was immense, often leading him to dark paths. However, he overcame this with sheer sentiment and light, hoping to never face the darkness again. Sayuri looks like this except she keeps her hair down and it is waist length. She wears her armors shoes, black pants, a blood red sash-like belt, a white sleeveless shirt, and white cloth bandages around her hands and lower arm leaving her fingers exposed.

Personality: She is extremely laid back and carefree rarely taking anything seriously. While she is generally nice and approachable she actually has very little trust in people. She generally needs to have absolute trust in someone to consider them a friend but will make exceptions. She spends a lot of time training and polishing her skills. She also judges a person by their actions not by the power they wield. She hates those who disregarde the feelings of others. History: She was born into a low class family with many money problems. As a result she was abused and harassed by both of her parents. She spent much of her time away from home with the few friends she had away from home. She often got into trouble around the city which just frustrated her parents more. Her life continued like this making her susceptible to darkness. Eventually her parents were fed up and sent her off to Yen Sid making her his problem when she was 12. Instead of sending her off somewhere he decided to train her and help her keep the darkness in check. Though she was often out and about she never missed any training. She was a quick learner picking up combat especially quickly. Over the years her parents have tried to have a better relationship but she ignored them for the most part however. Keyblade:

Appearance:

Trem is a wisp of a girl; she is limber and lanky, and walks a bit off-kilter at times because of it. She has thin black hair that falls just below her shoulders, cut a bit raggedly. She has sharp, pixie like features and vibrant purple eyes. Her ivory skin has no signs of scarring and is a testament to the girl's timid nature. She typically wears a patterned shirt, with which jagged pieces of her armor are interspersed, and fitted pants with boots.

Personality: Tremere has a been an apprentice for just over nine years now but few people at the academy know much beyond the basic facts about her. She is kind and courteous, and few people can say anything negative about her demeanor; however, Trem doesn't talk much because she's shy. She is friendly with all of her fellow apprentices, and differential to her mentors, but makes little effort to deepen her relationships. She is unerringly loyal to her cause and her team and incurs no doubt about her ability or faith. Trem is intelligent in a logical way, and likes to read and write and enjoys her studies. Trem is humble but knows her own abilities and limitations. She is known to have a few different moods, some of them more talkative than others. History: Tremere Wilder was born to a lower class family in a big city on the Land of Departure. Her family struggled to get by, but they were close and loved each other dearly. Alone with herself and her parents, Trem had two older brothers that protected her on the streets and from the monsters in her closet. Her life, although not easy, was warm and nurturing up until the age of seven. One night while she was staying with a friend for a sleepover, her house burned down and trapped her whole family inside, killing them and leaving the girl an orphan. She jumped around a few different foster homes and other transient placements until she landed in a prestigious boarding school thanks to her maturity and intelligence. She was only enrolled for a short time, however, after the school took a field trip to a museum that praised the Keyblade Society. While she was there, she met one of the masters of the academy, and eventually he brought her to the castle for training. Trem still doesn't know why that master did what he did, but she is grateful.
