I would probably say Dormammu, but that would raise the question of how far does Isis' fear shapshifting power go. If she can turn into Dormammu she can literally turn into a god

It isn't really shapeshifting. It's becoming an image, to Aiden, she would look like Dormammu. Other than that, she couldn't really do anything, it's a basic illusion. The main point of the power is to frighten them.

I'm going to have to think about what 533 fears. The things she feared she hates now. And beyond that she doesn't know much outside the lab. Lack of exposure makes her fear probably something unknown even to her.
