The last thing you posted that had an exclamation mark was when she mentioned she was 23. The only other possible points she could have yelled would have been during a question which could only imply yelling. Of the sentences containing those question marks the only one that stands out to me is the one mentioning Fury. Beyond that it is hard to tell.
