I just realized that I have no idea what flavor 'regular' is. That was a weird thought for me.

Regular tea is black tea. Just like regular coffee is black. Other herbs, berries, leaves, or what not are usually added to the grounds to make the flavor. I think green tea is also considered regular. Don't quote me on that though.

white tea is just really light black tea. It hasn't been oxidated long enough to become black.
