How this works
  • Say you encounter a movie that qualifies -- guilty pleasure movies.
  • It really is a terrible movie. So terrible that it's fun to watch it just to make fun of it.
  • Post that movie's title here.
  • Preferably, it's available on Netflix or other streaming service so people can watch it (legally). If that's the case, post the source.
  • For example, Paul Verhoeven's "Showgirls" (1995) is on Netflix. This is a perfect example.
  • Other examples: Road House (1989), Red Dawn (1984), Mommy Dearest (1981) and Batman & Robin (1995).
The idea is that we have something to watch when we all get bored and want to be snarky. For a better idea of what might make this list, check this article.

The Star Wars Holiday Special No. Nevermind. That's too bad to even laugh at.

I got a recommendation from a friend just now. The Brothers Grimm, which was found on Netflix with the Hola extension.

The Librarian. It's a good movie if you can get over the fact that a 2004 movie has 90s style CG effects. xD

Bounty Killer; everyone but Gary Busey needed acting lessons, and Gary Busey needed new meds.

Aaaaaaaaaaattaaaack, of the Killer To-matoooes!

Also, Nightmare on Elm Street.

And ofc: Stars Wars: The Ewok Adventure.

'The Crazies' (original) actually wasn't too bad... however "Virus" was... just... no.

Oh, and the entire Evil Dead trilogy.

"In the Name of the King." I've never laughed harder in my life -- I snarked loudly for the duration of the movie, and I kid you not, when it was finished several people in the theater cheered for me and my friends and thanked us for saving their evening.

@mdk Wasn't that based on Dungeon Siege? The saddest thing was the list of actors wasn't even half bad. For B movie rate anyway.

My pick would be Crybaby.

Yep.

Uwe Boll directed, which is how you had such great actors (Ron Perlman, Burt Reynolds, Jason Statham, and more) literally rolling their eyes at the camera on the final take. It was baaaaaad.

Wicker Man (2006). It's a film that has Nicholas Cage overacting at his very highest, him threatening a woman at gunpoint over a bicycle, him punching a woman in the face, then karate kicking another, as well as him dressed as a bear punching someone and finally the immortal "NOT THE BEEEEEEESSSSSS!"
