You know how somethings can be inspired by something, others can be original, while some are basically writing a new story in the same universe?

How about [Original] [Inspired] [Unoriginal] or something. I know a lot of people who don't like role playing in settings based off or replicating already-existing universes. I used to have a roleplay called Sanctuary and it was all original but people thought it was based on some actual show about vampires or some shit.

Well, @UltikanaRe, if you look at the popup text on the "Historical tag", it says "Events of the past or an alternate one", so we'd say alternate history is covered.

Some form of tags for marking whether an RP is utterly original, inspired by something or a full-on fandom would also be useful, @Sage.
A bit of a discussion on what each of them should be is something we think would be very helpful. As would comments on the tags currently listed as suggestions in the OP.
We cleaned up that list a bit now.

(considering that presence or lack of digital features like this should in no way cause physical effects upon the human body, dying is fairly improbable)

Try creating an Interest Check or a game thread without selecting any tags at all and prove me wrong. If you are right then prove it. If you are unwilling to prove that you are right then kindly remove yourself from this discussion on the mandate.

I've tested General Interest Check, Free, Free Interest Check, Casual, Casual Interest Check, Advanced, & Advanced Interest Check every single one requires you to select at least one tag.

It would be nice to have some more discussion on which tags people want to get added to the guild.

Initially at least, the primary focus should be in the existing Genre segment.

For reasons of clutter, it is given that not all can be added (yet?). But if we can get some thoughts on a few to get in, then Mahz is no doubt willing to add them.
It wouldn't look right to have five (or more) lines full of genre tags to select from in the topic creation phase.

I would like to see, out of that list, Paranormal, Horror, Psychological, Sandbox, Animalia. I think those pretty muchly encompass all the other categories. Victorian, Ancient, and Medieval all fit into history; vampires and werewolves fit into paranormal. I'd say psychological should be it's own tag, maybe also like Adventure or Puzzle should be, to indicate the style of what would be going on in the roleplay.
