They are not plausible as an outcome of battle specifically. I'm not going to have people going around literally stomping Rattatas to death just to traumatize kids. It is possible for Pokemon to die though. In the original RP that inspired Indigo V1 there was a lot of death, some to necessity for writing people out, some due to just needing food. In Indigo V1, there were some deaths, some human deaths, but only one trainer had a Pokemon die and that was from an event outside of battle. So yeah, I'm going to say they faint like in the game/anime.

I just want to increase the number because I sort of want to build a team of a few types. Yes, a varied team is better, but I want to build my Pokémon team based off my own character's personality and beliefs, not on practicality.

And you thought I was gone? Well I was. RL social events were busy and also disappointing, but I have fought through to complete my sheet. I'm not completely happy with it, and it may change by the time we start. However, I'm closing off applications at this point. @WriterRaven you can move your sheet over now. We will deliberate tonight and tomorrow I should have a list of accepted sheets up before I go socializing some more. The first IC post will be up shortly after that.

Now I sleep in preparation of work. Such a life I lead...
