Alrighty, so just to set the scene, it's the morning after we've retaken the campus. Someone proposed holding a meeting at the administration building to discuss what to do next, for whatever reason only our PCs are in attendance.

Not too concerned about post length right now, mostly I just want everybody to speak their mind.

Oh he does, and that's a problem for Sam. But entertaining for us!

Here's the thing though, Captain Hisashi is probably going to do things his way most of the time and take what the council says as only 'suggestions'. He has to, as he's what would be considered 'the government' in the old world, considering that the local one is gone.

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention the American Soldiers who were taken as POWs. But he didn't mention that to the council though. I've edited my post.

It makes for excellent conflict and character interaction. It'll be interesting to see the variety of reactions.

The captain is surely interesting, and it would also seem that he holds the most firepower at the moment.

It would be interesting if it stayed a council, but I'm sure without a full power or a deal breaker it would mostly lead to bickering.

Well, to be honest, the main reason I'm having Roy volunteer for a supply run is so I can take a step back as a GM and have you guys, the players, work out the initial details of the settlement, including all the stuff Ishida brought up. I'm not trying to railroad anyone or speed things up, quite the opposite. Like I said, I want this to be player-driven and I feel like people might be a little more comfortable with that if my avatar isn't leering over everyone like some kind of watchful vulture right from the start. You guys are free to try to talk him out of gallivanting off.

Of course, anyone who wants to come along is up for some fun action stuff that'll help out the group.

You sound rather tense man, relax. A good writer knows how to write a way out of any situation. And I've got a few ideas of where to go with my character from here. That's not to say that I'm a good writer of course.

What you've written is Pretty fine, I could go with it easily enough.
