Eiko's not just going to give up, she wants to get into the stadium and I do have a little something planned to help introduce the first part of the main plot.

Chinatsu is basically pitting everyone against one another by saying only one person can get the rewards, as well. Aside from the student council since they're not exactly involved since they already know everything.
