Well, Alien, that was impressive. You just overthrew pretty much all the lore I was assuming was right. But that's cool, it keeps things fresh.
The Enclave was lead by Johnathan, who was killed when he lead the ex-SOLDIER units in the Enclave against Dresden in the battle. Supposedly, the main SOLDIER base was wiped out in that attack, and there was almost nobody but refugees back at the Enclave.
But, instead of changing your post, let's change history!
Johnathan was second-in-command to Field Marshal Rueben, the Enclave is, in fact, a larger and stronger SOLDIER base instead of a hideout built by ex-SOLDIER units, and SOLDIER is a large organisation with multiple bases, instead of a localized group of vampire hunters. Johnathan led a smaller group of the men that would follow him to battle Dresden when he heard the howls, without consulting the Field Marhsal. However, one thing you should know is that almost nobody made it out of the fight allive. It was a slaughter by all accounts, and at max ten men made it out alive.
To clarify numbers, Kilo Point (as you've christened it) had about 200 people in it, and fifty SOLDIER guards. Johnathan lead a group of twenty additional SOLDIERS into battle. That makes 70 SOLDIERs. Dresden was leading about 50 vampires, many of them Old-Blood, and they'd gorged on the villagers before engaging the SOLDIER force. Around two cars escaped the Fog Barrier in the final stages of the battle. Estimating three refugees and two SOLDIERs per car, that's ten people.
