But regardless of said anime, does a persistent world taking place in a massive tower sound appealing? Each floor's boss can be played by one of us and we all get turns if we desire.

I was thinking, since we are on the subject, that perhaps we can have an open world like before except instead of it being purely fight based like last time, we could perhaps make threads for quests and such.

I was just going to suggest peaceful places where characters can chat. Maybe there's an awesome inn in the main village that offers bounties/quests and such that characters can have a drink together while discussing job opportunities.

I think if you are on the winning or loosing side it's the same point values as if you beat a single person.

Well you execute the moves really well. It's not often you run into an RP fighter who can manage that, usually because most lack the actual experience.
