Edit: I wanted to give a good representation of what happens when she absorbs her beasts chakra. I decided on her having Gobi's eyes; the blue with the red around them. Though to avoid looking like sage mode, I simply made it appear under her eyes.

You know how Naruto would get claws and his eyes would turn to slits, it's the same concept except I didn't want to give her horse hooves. That was the next best option XD

I thought of that too, though that would be a little too obvious she was a jinchuriki then. I wanted there to be a chance that the difference would be overlooked so her cover wouldn't be easily blown. I assume the villiage leaders still try to keep their jinchuriki identities somewhat of a secret.

Edit: besides, Haruhi is against using Gobi's abilities anyway. She felt this was one of those situations where the safety of others was more important than her pride.
