I'll try

EDIT: With a failed check you just don't see anything else except what I've already said.
As it will take you some time to get to the next Trench we will wait for a response from @Tancuras so that we don't leave him behind :p

Now is your chance to rp a nice paragraph, describe where you live, the daily routine, and a journey to John Smiths large home. I doubt any rolls will need to be made for this paragraph so go wild. All hp is back to full, sanity stays the same (The dream was quite horrifying- if you haven't lost a sanity in the dream you lose one now as you awake. Your inventory is your actual inventory, you do not have anything from the dream. (Except spooky memories)

Personal
Name: Andrew Macdonald
Occupation: Truck Driver (Ex-Army driver)
Nationality: Australian
Birthplace: Warrnambool Victoria
Mental Disorders: (None to date)
Bio: Andrew was born in the country city of Warrnambool in the state of Victoria, Australia just before the turn of the century. The youngest of four children in the family (With three elder sisters) Andrew's early childhood years on the family farm were relatively peaceful as it was split between having fun with his sisters and friends, helping around the farm and going to school. Some of his happiest memories of life at the farm was learning how to drive the family tractor with his dad.

When the great war broke out and the call to arms was sounded, Andrew was one of those who answered the call with a bunch of his mates. While he was still somewhat young to join the army, he was rather tall for his age and he knew how to drive; This skill made Andrew an army driver instead of a front line solder. While not the most glorious of roles in the war, he was doing his part and he made damn sure that whatever he was driving got to where it needed to go safely and on time. Despite just being a driver, he still underwent basic training in the event that he was ever sent to the war proper; Something that never happened to him.

While a part of him was rather disappointed that he never got to take part in the war itself, the fact that a lot of his mates never came back put something of a damper on his disappoint.

After the war, Andrew left the army and used some of the pay he had saved up to travel to the US as he felt the need to travel the world a bit. Setting down roots in Boston, Andrew made a living by doing what he had done during the war; Drive a truck and transport things for people. While he mostly works for legit companies, lately he has started moving a couple of things for some rather friendly, well paying gentlemen that would rather Andrew not look all that closely at what they want him to move; In turn, the only question Andrew asks is if it is fragile.

When a friend of a friend asked him to do a favor and check out a house for a bit of quick cash, Andrew shrugged and took the job. To his understanding, his job was to kick out any squatters before the landlord moved in.

Oooof.... Goodluck with that XD

A few tiny things, 75 In a skill would mean they are the best of the best. The person could make a profession out of it. So I just wonder why he would have Blackjack skill at that high of a level?

You also need to calculate 'own language' and 'Dodge'

@solamelike

Honestly? Let's just say that in his spare time Andrew has been making... family connections and being able to use a blackjack is a very useful skill. Plus he was in the army so they would have taught him a bit.

I agree about the sanity. But I take comfit in the fact that when I lose it, I'll properly be taking everyone else down with me. And made the edits.

Fair enough, accepted.
Pop it in the character tab and get writing.
Make up a nightmare for your character where he dies at the end. Setting it in WW1 is always an easy one, especially as he was in it. Then when he awakes make his way to John Smith.

Oh btw can everyone add an age tab on their character sheets. @nerminator@Tancuras@RBYDark

I actually do give a birth year (1893) for Amanda, so I'd need an exact year for this setting. Depending on when in the 1920s it is, she could be anywhere from 27 to 37.
