I did get an extra hit from retaliate and did manage to hit every time. Plus berserker rage is pretty strong, we could give it some sort of feedback where I become weaker after using it. My normal dmg is two hits of 7-9 so. I don't know you can feel free to nerf me if you want. Although I would point out that retaliate seems kinda strong since it's basically a free hit. I would think it better if I had to drop one or both of my attacks on the turn I use it.

That'll definitely work. From now on, you will not get to attack and use Retaliate on the same turn. Also, Berserker rage will leave you immobile for one turn after its effects wear off, and you'll take 25% more damage on that turn, and be incapable of dodging an attack (unless that attack is a fumble).

You can make them whenever you want/need to, just PM me the details if you'd like.

Stats for your nemesis should follow a certain pattern, so we can insert them at any point in the story.

++ = Great for that level
+ = Good for that level
= = Average for that level
- = Bad for that level
-- = Horrible for that level

The stats in this system have to average at "=", so for every +, there has to be a -.

I just realized something... the boss is at 13 health right now thanks to Dorisma's attack.

By the way, this boss is now 'Desperate', and will gain an additional +4 to all dodge rolls until he heals.

That being said, it wouldn't have made a difference with my rolls...

Ally's hit roll = 7
Enemy's dodge roll = 14

My hit roll = 2
Enemy's dodge roll = 17

Let's see... I was thinking that goblins would have some sort of oracle give them their name based on one momentous occasion in their life, or possibly, just how they'd end up dying.

Heh. Oh, forgot to add that 'Desperate' also adds +4 to an enemy's intimidation roll. So, yeah, there's that.
I still have to come up with a name, don't I?

Hrm, how about 'Rots-away-painfully' unless you can come up with something better. I guess you'll be able to tell what that grass does, then... well, either that, or your poison.

The goblin's already stable, no roll needed. If someone's AT 0HP, and no less from the last attack they suffered, then they're considered stabilized.

Let's see, factoring in your
DEX: 10
Roll: 18
Bonus: 14

Vs
Enemy's Luck: 10
Roll: 15
Bonus: 4

I tend to roll for enemies first.
Because if they roll high, there's no reason for me to roll if I can't hit :P

Damage roll: 1 + 4.5 = 5.

Unfortunately, his armor is EXACTLY 5, so, unless you want to round up your 5.5 to 6, you didn't do damage, lol.

Your choice. I can either do 1 damage or O damage :P

Also for future battles, I'd suggest instead of having difficult roll bonuses, why not have the boss use a potion or something? Maybe he has an ability to call down allies and until we take care of his goons he gets a free pass?
