yuuup, lost track of what tab I was in
______
Name: Des Taylor
Screenname: KawaiianPunch666
Age: 19
Appearance: Avatar: Race: Imp
Personality: Kind of a hard nut to crack. She's intelligent and warm, maybe even quick to laugh, but Des has problems opening herself up and tends to delegate herself towards the background of things. She's not without a fair bit of charm, but she also is fully capable of admitting that she doesn't do well in crowds. Much more assertive inside a game than she is in real life.
She also tends to be much more decisive and bold about her friends than she is about herself; every time someone asks her what she wants to do with her life, or even what she is majoring for at school, she freezes up and churns out a bashful "Ohh...just stuff, I don't really know what I feel like yet" or naming a random career she thinks she could be okay at ("Oh, you know...space is pretty cool. I wouldn't mind a job in...space...yeah.")
Occupation: Second year college student, karaoke priestess and queen of humming to herself when she thinks she's alone
Bio: Des moved from America when she was fourteen to help make her father's move more convenient - he had taken a job as
Earthly Conduit to the Nether Beyond the Stars a high-ranking official in an investment bank, and doted on his daughter to the point where he almost turned down the job when he believed she would stay stateside. She decided that there wasn't a lot of harm in at least trying out a new country, and if she didn't like it she could always just Skype her mom and ask to come home. As fate would have it, she did end up liking it.
She coasted through school and decided to attend college in Japan (for what she is still TOTALLY blanking on) instead of going back home. When not in classes or being coaxed to hang out with friends, she can be found quietly doing other people's homework (for cash of course) or playing ALO.
Other: Wears two slim silver bands, dotted with sapphires, on her right ring finger - gifts from her father. Her all-time best karaoke performance was a howling rendition of Hells Bells, complete with a dramatic fifty two seconds of actually mimicking bells. Has over 4,000 hours worth of songs on her MP3 player set to loop while she plays ALO, ranging from Johnny Cash to Ice Cube before the industry had him neutered.
