As a heads-up, Kaede's a pretty rude character. Goes with the territory of being a farmer-turned-bandit-turned-gangster-turned-squad-11-shinigami. If she's crude, crass, or otherwise mean, it's meant towards characters rather than roleplayers.

That's fine but the idea was that you as a soul reaper knowing how strong the captains were would ask for help i.e. the people you just meet because you can't trust the captains their in the soul society. So don't just leave us hanging basically
