Name
The Bogeyman, goes by Booker Manson when speaking to mundies

Nickname
Boogie

Race
Monster

Gender
The name is Bogeyman take a guess

Appearance
Glamor- Boogie is 6'3 in height with a thin body build. His skin is a very light pale color, almost rivaling Snow's, and his hair is a ebony black color. His eyes are hazel, but change to a bright yellow when he gets angry or feels like making a point. He normally wears punkish clothes, them usually being black and slightly torn. He has several piercings in both of his ears along with one on his bottom lip and one on his tongue. He has a large tattoo on his back of a horned skull that is crawling with spiders and has a snake coiling in and out of it's mouth and eye sockets

No Glamor- Without his glamor Boogie is literally something out of nightmares. He is a shadowy monster that stands 9 feet tall and is shrouded in a thick smog. In the mist is a monstrous skeleton with large horns, long arms that end with large claws instead of hands, and empty eye sockets that have two yellow glowing orbs like fires that act as it's eyes. He glides and floats through the air instead of walking which add to his unsettling nature.

Job
Costume/Prank Store Owner

Personality
As you'd expect Boogie is a mischievous, creepy, and rather immature person, though the word person is only used loosely. He has many odd habits that never quite left him since his days of being the Boogeyman, such as he has a complete memorization of the big book of phobias and he sleeps under his bed rather than on it. He is fiercely loyal, seeing the whole of Fabletown as kind of family that he is a part of and needs to help protect. He loves music and plays his guitar whenever he gets the chance to, which usually is early in the morning when he gets off work much to the distain of his neighbors. He has a strong sympathy for the less fortunate Fables in town, especially the girls who work at Porgie's though only people who know him well know why. He has a certain respect for Bigby most of the other Fables don't have, seeing as Boogie knows how it is to be "the monster trying to make it in Prince Charming's world" as he puts it. He is a hopeless romantic, loving romance novels and movies, sadly though he seems to scare off any potential happy ever afters.

Fable
Before he left the Homelands Boogie was a monster that terrorized, kidnapped, and ate the people of the lands. There are many rumors on how he came into existence, such as he was a fairy corrupted by the evil of mankind or that he was a nightmare pulled into the waking world, but whatever the truth is to this day he has remained very tight lip about it. But what is known is that he was the being that made people keep a candle on their nightstand lit all night, the reason parents told their kids to stay in when it was dark, but what he was most proud of the reason people checked under their bed before they went to sleep. Sadly that all changed when the Adversary started to take control of the Homelands. Like many Fables Boogie put up a fight, protecting the weaker Fables and attacking the Adversary's forces when he could, but he eventually had to abandon the Homelands for somewhere new. He settled in Fabletown like the others, signed the Fabletown Compact and washed away all of his past crimes. Boogie spent a few centuries doing random jobs just to get by, his lowest moments were when he had to work as a Bouncer at Georgie Porgie's, he hated how Georgie treated the girls there and what he made them do. But eventually he saved up enough money to open his own little store just out side of Fabletown. It is called Under Boogie's Bed. It is a costume and prank store, it has become quite popular with the Munday teens of the city. He has occasionally been called in by Bigby and sometimes Bluebeard, though Boogie doesn't like him much but the guy does pay well, to help with interrogations of suspect Fables, he seems to know the perfect way to get anyone to talk.

Abilities
Fable Physiology- Boogie has the inhuman endurance, strength, and healing that most monster Fables have.
Levitation- When in his true form Boogie floats through the air rather than walk, no one sure if he really has legs or not as no one has seen past the smog that covers him clearly enough to tell.
Invisibility/Intangibility- Boogie is able to disappear completely from view or turn his body into pure smog that can slip through small openings.
Illusion Creation- Boogie is able to cast images, sounds, feelings, and smells into the minds of others that are so realistic that they are unmistakable as real, he use to use this to terrorize the people of the Homeland.
Fear Sense- Boogie is quite literally the origin of the phrase "it can smell your fear". He has the bizarre sixth sense of being able to sense the fears of those around him. The best way he has ever described it as was when he said people's fear appeared in subtle ways, like someone with a fear of fire would appear to have a few embers coming off them or another person who is afraid of being buried alive will reek of dirt.

Name
Kyuubi no Kitsune, goes by Kyuuno Kitsune when talking to Mundies.

Nickname
No one really calls him Kyuuno, preferring to call him 'Kyuubi'. He has a noticeable disdain for his 'mundy' name.

Race
Japanese Mythological Monster.

Gender
Male.

Appearance
Human/Pissed Form - When transformed into his human form, and calm, Kyuubi takes on the appearance of a tall young man in his early twenties, around 20 to 21, with a lean, muscular build that seems fox-line - the muscles clearly defined and sinewy. His skin is rather fair, and three whisker-like marks are obvious on both cheeks, while his hair is a vibrant crimson, rather shaggy, although in a more tamed way then you'd think, going down his shoulder-blades. He generally dresses casually, in a vaguely Japanese way - long-sleeved shirts with words written in Kanji on the back, jeans, and sandals. His eyes are crimson, but the pupils are circular and human. When getting pissed, and ready for a fight, his hair seems to get a bit more shaggier, going down to his waist, his fingers gets tipped with long, razor-sharp claws, his canines enlargens and turns sharp, and his crimson eyes turns slitted. His whiskers darken and grow longer, as well.

Enranged Form - The form half-way to his true, full form. His body grows leaner and taller, hitting around the 7 feet mark, and his form turns a complete dark, rage-filled crimson fur. His face seems shadowed, his eyes white pits, and his mouth a fanged white voice, while his hair becomes longer, more accurately matching the color of his fur. His body vaguely turns into that of a lean, anthromorphic fox, complete with the foxes paws, claws, and nine long, swishing, dark crimson tails.

True Form - His true form; Kyuubi is now a towering, crimson-orange demon fox, tipped with long, powerful, nine tails that are as sharp as blades at the tip, razor-sharp claws, razor-sharp fangs, and crimson, slitted eyes. His size depends, based on his will and anger when transforming, but at it's max it's very large; the size of a full-grown elephant. In the previous realm, it was larger, but due to the Mundane world making his power far lesser, it was taken down to the size of an elephant.

Job
He works as a worker in Bogeyman's shop. Despite his personality, Kyuubi ancestors were tricksters, and although he himself doesn't prank, it could be rather entertaining to see the pranks done on others. He's also...well, not a 'vigilante', but whenever crime, either caused by Mundies or Fables, happens, then he is called due to his combative abilities. Publishes poetry that nets him a large amount of money, as well.

Personality
[To be revealed, if that's okay. I find forming my personalities IC is better in the long-run, for me. It feels less restricting and boring.]

Fable
The Kyuubi no Kitsune was originally a destructive force of nature that ripped through the Japanese forms of the Homelands. He was feared all across the realm - a monstrous demon fox, once exiled from his litter due to his 'mutation' of nine-tails, only for it to be a blessing/curse from a powerful demon, giving him immense power. He wandered the Homelands, eating any humanoid or beastial creature, creating whirlwinds with brushes of his tails, tsunamis with a roar of his voice, and violent Hell-Fires that lasted for years with mere flicks of the tips of his nine-tails. He was, by far, not a good guy...not even close, rather...he was evil, and thought of the Homelands as his play-toy...the reward for surviving the abandonment of his litter. When the Adversary began taking control of the Homelands, Kyuubi was enraged. The man's armies felt his wrath, and for years, he battled tooth and nail for the control of his land. He put up a worthy fight, but when the army began to grow rapidly, in both population and number, he was pushed back, and eventually over-come. Licking his wounds, Kyuubi made one more assault against the army, before moving into Fabletown. There, defeated and injured, he was nursed back to life by his magical properties, and felt as if he was given another chance. His personality changed, the Fox becoming more distant...less evil, more cold...less destructive, more calm...poetry, especially Japanese poetry was an art that he was a master of, from the tragic and destructive life he lived, and he made a living that way. Old habits died hard, and he also got a job as a worker in Bogeyman's shop, mostly for something to do when not writing/reading poetry, or meditating. When Bigby became the Sheriff, Kyuubi occasionally helped out in the more destructive cases, as, once more, old habits died hard...and the feeling of violence, even in his human form, was something of a guilty pleasure.

Abilities
Fable Physiology- Boogie has the inhuman endurance, speed, strength, and healing that most monster Fables have.
Fox-like Attributes- In addition to the physiology of Fables, Kyuubi is double-jointed, allowing him to move in more acrobatic, impossible, inhuman-agile like ways. His speed is also quite greater than most, and he has senses like that of a fox.
Transformations- Since his transformations aren't glamours, Kyuubi grows in strength, speed, endurance, and general attributes with each certain transformation, dependent on the transformation. So far, he's only gotten into his 'pissed' form due to lack of worthwhile battles, where his claws grow, along with his fangs, and his whiskers lengthen and darken.
Nine-Tailed Powers- Kyuubi can control/launch explosive, destructive, and unnatural crimson Hell-Fire on/from each of his tails, and to a lesser extent, in his 'human' form, while the power increases a bit in his Pissed form, and continues to increase until the power is at it's maximum in his True form.
Shapeshifting- Kyuubi can take the appearance of other humans without a glamor, but not animals.

Other
Once upon a time...he rather enjoyed bathing in fire.

Female

Appearance
Rachel is an earlies 20 girl, 20 to be exact, standing at about 5'4. She wears hipster type clothing, like fake glasses, sweaters, cute hats and sports a tomboyish sort of look. Her hair is in a different style everyday, she likes to keep things from being bland. She has bright emerald green eyes and is fairly skinny, not to skinny and yet not to fat either, just the right amount I guess. Both ears are double pierced with a tongue piercing as well and she has fairly pale skin, not to pale, it's nothing like snows.

Without The Glitz & Glamor - Rachel doesn't differ from her usual self, just that her hair is much, much, MUCH longer then in her mundane appearance.

Rachel is a laid back sort of girl. She's very close to mostly everyone in Fabletown and very friendly, everyone comes in now and again for a snip right? She's the kind of person that tries to see the good in everyone, even though most people mark them as bad or monsters. She's very spontaneous and bubbly, kinda ditzy in some ways and clumsy, but no matter what she tries her hardest. Some call her oblivious because, well she really is, she doesn't really notice things till it's staring her right in the face and because of it she is skittish as well, some of fabletowns residence just love to scare her. Though if people scare her it can cause her more emotional side to come out, being the big crybaby that she is.

Fable
After living most of her life in that wretched tower, she seemed happy and content with her new life with the prince who had rescued her. Alongside the prince she helped rule the kingdom and she was very kind to all his subjects. Everyday she went into town and played with the children or helped the less fortunate. The best thing they loved about was her singing, especially the prince when she sang to him every night. Although when the Adversary invaded the Homeland well unfortunately she lost the prince as he tried to battle their forces and she went along quietly to a more peaceful way of living. Name: Bigby Wolfe

Nickname:
The Big Bad Wolf

Race:
Born as a wolf, but able to take human form without glamours.

Gender:
Male

Appearance: As a human

As a wolf

Job:
Bigby holds the title of Sheriff of Fabletown, acting as detective, guardian, and occasionally executioner.

Personality:
Bigby is feared and respected by many inhabitants of Fabletown, and as the Sheriff he is often seen as the enforcing arm of mayor's office. Despite his gruff appearance and occasionally mean disposition, he is not entirely cruel and is capable of mercy and kindness.

Fable: Bigby was one of seven pups born to the North Wind and Winter. He was the runt of the litter and mockingly called 'Big Bad Wolf' by his brothers; Bigby for short. He hated his father for leaving his family. When Winter died, his brothers went to learn from the North Wind, but he stayed behind to try to protect Winter's body from scavengers. After he failed to protect his mother's body, Bigby vowed to kill something bigger every day. (from the Wiki)

For many years, Bigby was the terror of the homelands, defeating armies and even a dragon. When the Adversary invasion, Bigby dedicated himself to their defeat. After the move to Fabletown, he has resolved to change his ways for the better.

Abilities:
Although formerly an actual wolf of giant proportions, Bigby now has the ability to take on human form, and to switch between his human and wolf forms at will. Even in human form he retains some of his canine traits, including an enhanced sense of smell. In fact, his smell is so acute that to avoid sensory overload in the middle of bustling New York City, he is forced to smoke constantly and heavily to deaden his senses. Even then, he must exert considerable willpower to mentally filter all of the millions of scents and smells.

In addition to this, he has inherited numerous powers from his father, the North Wind, including the ability to blow with the force of a hurricane and to hold his breath for great periods of time. (From the Wiki)

Name: The Black Thief of Sloan, or Rook Eisen

Nickname: Blacky, Blackbird, or Rook. He prefers the latter.

Race: Human Fable

Gender: Male

Appearance:

The only difference between his fairy tale appearance and his human world is his clothing- he wears black clothes all the time, but has a cloak and a sword in his fairy world form. Rook is also missing one of his toes, and has a large, nasty looking scar going down the side of his stomach from an encounter with a giant gone wrong. Overall, Rook looks like a relatively dashing man–he’s just been battered a bit more than most heroes.

Job: Fabletown Librarian. He has a near encyclopedic knowledge of fairy tales, and spends a lot of his time doing research in the basement of the library–when he isn’t roaming around the city.

Personality: Rook is a relatively cheery person despite the beatings he’s taken in the past, always willing to tell a story and always looking on the bright side of life. Odds are, he’s been in a worse situation than the current one–and he’s perfectly happy to not have to repeat the previous occurrence.

Fable: The Black Thief and the Knight of the Glen
The Black Thief helped three princes steal a Knight's horse, the price of their lives from their evil stepmother. The Knight (of the Glen) captured them when the bells on his steed gave away their position, preparing to boil them alive.

The Black Thief saved each of their lives by telling a story where he was in far worse danger, the Knight pardoning each for a story. The final tale revealed that the Black Thief had saved the Knight's mother years before, and the grateful Knight set them free.

Since coming to the real world, the Thief's well known prowess with tales has landed him a spot as the Fabletown librarian and owner of Eisen’s Emporium, a strange combination of library and bookstore in the middle of Fabletown. The ground level is split fairly evenly between bookstore and library, with the upper level being entirely devoted to a reading room. The basement is storage for books not on the shelves for whatever reason, and has a bed, bathroom, and small kitchen in the northwest corner for Rook’s living quarters.

Abilities: Invisibility, silent movement, enhanced reflexes and speed. Nothing ridiculous, but he can move quite a bit faster than a Mundie. Mild superstrength, but only to swing his gold sword.

Other:
Equipment: A pure white gold sword, which he can wield as though it was a normal blade. (Cookies for anyone who gets the white gold reference)

As for non-aggressive equipment, Rook carries with him a book of Fables, both in his head and in a leather volume on his person. The book is normally pocket size, but expands to roughly the size of a paperback when he needs to read it.

Once upon a time... I was a thief.

Mary Miller

Female, Fable, sells fruit in the farmer's market
Personality

Mary Miller is a strong woman who is determined and stubborn. She tends to stray away from the other women in town because she finds a few of them arrogant and man-obsessed. Mary can be a bit sarcastic and snarky, but this hides her fear and paranoia. She has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, so she does flip out every once in a while. Mary may be secretive and snappy, but she can be very sensitive and vulnerable. Her fear of men can make her very vulnerable. She cannot stand being in one place for too long and she tends to stray away from crowded areas, but she cannot be alone without paranoia coming over her.
Fable

Mary was the last wife of the infamous Bluebeard. After he killed her sister and she pushed him out of the tower's window, she became a very rich woman. She wanted to be anywhere but in the same home her sister was killed in. She hated being rich, her mindset changing after the death of her sister by the very man that gave her her riches. She wanted to go back to her old life, the one where her beautiful sister was alive and her first husband would be from love, not from fear and power.

What Mary hadn't expected was the Adversary taking control. She paid no mind to them until they attacked her head on. She struggled and fought to stay, but she knew she would have to leave. They allowed her her riches because it did not match the changes they were going to make, but Mary hadn't wanted them. She left the Homelands as a rich woman still, but when the Fable Compact came into play, she thought she'd get a break. She was once again incorrect because she again kept her riches. No one wanted a murderer's coinage. She decided to keep it and to just act as if she did not have it, opening a fruit stand in a farmer's market and living her life, no longer living the life of a trapped woman stuck in her past.
Abilities

Mary has the ability of seduction, but not in a sexual sense. She can lure anyone into doing as she pleases. That was how she got her "husband" to fall out of the tower. She is able to manipulate anyone she wishes, but she does not use her ability ever, which makes it particularly weak unless she finds herself in danger.
Other

She lives in a two bedroom house, hiding her riches in a room that is locked from anyone but herself, seeing as she had the key and hid it particularly well and she never tells anyone about it. She lived as a sadly trapped woman Once Upon A Time.
