He didn't know who attacked the school and it didn't matter one bit to him. He was going to take over the school. Whoever destroyed it seemed to have no interest in it. So he hired a clean up crew to start hauling out the rubble. He knew this would destroy evidence but he didn't care and maybe that would work in his favor. Maybe the people responsible for the destruction would thank him.

Flood shrugged and walked to the kitchen. He was surprisingly calmed down after his little outburst, the offer of coffee was always a good way to get him through the day. He made himself a nice cup of Joe with caramel and lots of sugar and came back thoroughly pleased. "I somewhat doubt she's a spy. Only fools and desperate men hire insane people as spies. I can tell you that from experience. Did I forgot to mention that? She's quite insane. Like, the level of insane I was at The Academy." Flood explained, as if he was worse at The Academy then he was now. He then began staring at the ceiling. Without blinking. At all.

Harry blinked, accepting a drink, but the thought of food made him feel queasy. Every time he looked to the food, he remembered things from the acadmey site, and felt guilty all over again. He should have done more.

He managed a smile, but he otherwise fell silent, and stayed out of the way as Kagerou came in and spoke with Kassy. Harry sighed softly to himself, leaning back against a wall, as he became thoughtful, trying to think of ways he could help. He didn't want to be shipped off somewhere safe. He wanted to help.

Connor sighed at Flood's behaviour. Flood may have grown up some over the years, since leaving the academy, but in a lot of ways he was still the same. "So, she's still less insane then you currently are" He said in an amused tone, giving a shake of his head, before sobering.

"We want information. .I'm not going to promise you anything, not going to promise you that I can get what you want. Because I can't. Because, really, it isn't right, it isn't ethical and its further away from the law then I am willing to step from. However, that being said, if you do hinder the investigation, I won't hold Kijani back from suffocating you. Because students I know, teachers I respected, innocents were killed in this. If one person of questionable intentions has to die for results...then that is a price I'm willing to pay to put them to rest."

Connor finished talking, falling silent

Phoebe stared at the phone as Flood hung up, looking to Makoto, "um...Okay then" Still, this information was important. And devestating. "Um. I guess we could probably look at the teachers...and any students...for anything suspicious" She sighed, weary and hurting, as she thought of having to do that, having to look into the school itself.

Kalinda followed the others, helping when it was needed. She accepted the key card, but doubted she would have to us it. She glanced around, and in order to make sure no one was going to sneak up on them, she stretched out her empathic abilities, quickly forming blocks for Nicholas, June and Reinhardt so she would not be distracted by their emotions.

Nicholas thanked June taking the card and placing it in the pocket of his jacket,He made his way form one room to the other summoning his vines that went ahead of him slithering around the ground to find who they were looking for.The vines moved around inside of the ground now finding some guards and jetted out of the ground injecting them with a serum that could knock them out.

Reinhardt without a word went into a vent crawling though the vents and into a side room and transforming into a scientist and headed out into the main room searching for more AIM.

Kijani snickered faintly, her smile showing her teeth, and her eyes showing deadly resolve. "You see? And he's the hero out of all of us. Connor will at least regret killing you. Me and Flood won't blink twice. Of course, there would be the floor to clean up. Blood is messy stuff, but I suppose we could put down a tarp." Without turning her head, she sniffed the air. "Sheesh, Flood. Put some coffee with your sugar next time? Maybe I should just get you some caffeine candies or something."

"I don't like bitter things." Flood replied simply as he finished his coffee. "The only reason I even drink this is because sleep is impossible, I've explained it a million times I'm sure. And I'm pretty sure caffeine candies aren't a thing." Flood looked at Lady Lobo. "I do hope you make a good decision. I despise people who don't know when to settle." He made sure his sword was quite visible to her.

Makoto was glad for the information that Flood had provided them, weather he knew it or not. It was a relief to her that they didn't have to worry about a large external attack, thought it was more concerning that the attack came from the inside.

"So, I guess we should either go see Flood or Kanji." Makoto said, knowing that Kanji had the know how to look into the school's students and staff. Flood seemed to have a good idea of what was going on as well. She would have to contact her school and academic adviser to let them know she would need to postpone her exams if that was possible. It would certainly be interesting if she had to write exams in the middle of all of this.

At least they had a direction to work in now.

Stares at them blankly for a moment before smiling slightly. "You people are really tense. Have you ever considered visiting the Porellian's third moon? They have these little urchin things that relax your muscles." After a couple moments something seemed to click. "You know, threatening to murder me doesn't really give me the greatest confidence in your own sanity. I get that you're paranoid right now but I really could not care less about your little blue planet's problems. I work for science and the only thing stopping me from doing that right is my own unstable condition. Were I in better health I would have not even come here." Showing some genuine frustration she leaned her head back and shut her eyes.

There were a few moments of silence before her head and eyes popped open again. Apparently she'd thought of something. "The explosions had a lot of thermal energy. Not a very efficient blasting agent to be losing so much energy that way. You should look into analyzing the ashes because whatever caused it would probably have been severely burned."

June - AIM Facility

While the team was moving through the facility the alarms finally went off. Somehow they must have tripped something. It wouldn't be surprising given their reputation. Pretty quickly AIM goons began running everywhere. A couple with the hazmat suits showed up where Nick was and shortly after June. On there back was a couple tanks filled with some kind of chemicals. Pulling the trigger the nozzle attached by a hose they fired out an acidic foam that threatened to burn them.

For June she flipped back and threw one of her swords. Even though the target dodged it pierced one of the tanks and it burst whatever it contained on her two enemies. It didn't burn without the other chemical but it apparently was rather slick because they stumbled around before falling over.

Kagerou - Kat's House

Stepping over she held her hands near Cassie's head. "Let me see." While not a full on brain scan Kagerou has had ample time to work on medical diagnosis. At the very least she would be able to find if there were any fractures or hemorrhaging. However it could also still be results from the shock. Stress after an event like this would not be unheard of.

Nicholas smiled underneath his mask summoning a few massive vines breath to try to wrap around their bodies,If that didn't work then he would have to use his flowers to help rip open the suit in someway so his fear gas could get inside.Meanwhile Reinhardt was walking around still as a scientist going into a lone room changing into a AIM guard with a group of AIM guard but was going to duck out as soon as he got he chance.@t2wave

"I don't threaten" Connor said in a neutral, toneless voice. "I promise" He turned away. "You may not care about this planet. BUt there are billions of lives here, and I will protect them from those that wish to do harm. And right now, you are on the line. Neglect to tell us anything, or hinder our investigations..." He trailed off and shrugged

he really doubted that there was anything, chemical, that could burn like Lady Lobo was saying. So eiither it was a new substance, or it was someone with powers.

Kalinda moved smoothly, the shadows hiding her, unhindered by the alarm, but she did stop some of the AIM guards as she moved along, doing what was required of her. She thought of her 'team mates', but figured they could look after themselves.

Phoebe nodded, and she left the phone on, as she rose, in case Makoto wished to continue talking with Katherin. She grabbed her suit, in case it was needed, and checked the house was secure, not tat it would stop a missle, but the small ritual made her feel better, before returning to the table, and phone conversation, "Sounds like a good idea to me"

"So... now what? Do we let her go? Or do we..." Flood made a knife motion across his neck and pointed to her. "Because I'm cool with either. I just want to know what you want boss." He pulled out a gun and aimed it at Lady Lobo. "What's the plan?"

"I have to make a quick call before we go but I say we should probably talk to Flood. He was the one who contacted us and he may have a lead that Kanji doesn't know about yet." Makoto was never close with Kanji but the woman's intellect and abilities for finding information one way or another were renowned. From what she had heard, Kanji and Flood work in very different ways, it was possible that one would find out something before the other. Standing, Makoto moved from the kitchen to the room she had slept in.

She rummaged through her bag and pulled out her cellphone. Temptation called to her, pressuring her to call Storm's cellphone another time. She dialed her academic adviser's number instead. There was a ring, two, three, the beginning of a voice mail and then her adviser picked up. She spoke with as general terms as possible, so to not lead on that she was a super.

Kijani stayed quiet, looking to Connor. It was important that they showed a system of ranking in front of this woman. It would be easy to keep her under control if they showed structure. "Perhaps we check her information, first? See if it's even worthwhile." In truth, she was eager to get back to work. Something about this whole situation just got under her skin in the worst way. The more time they wasted on this strange woman, the less information they could gather.

Kassy went quiet as Miss Kagerou did her exam. Aside from a nasty lump on the side of her head, there didn't seem to be anything that could cause memory loss. "Anything? My head doesn't really hurt, aside from the one spot, but... I feel like there's..." Her eyes were filling with opaque, white tears. "I feel like there are things I'm not remembering. I should remember, and-- and--" She hiccuped and started to cry. "What's wrong with me?"

Connor rolled his eyes at Flood, and stepped towards him, taking the gun away. "We aren't going to kill her Flood. We aren't assassins to kill without information. You want something to do? Go to the grounds and see if you can find the detention point. Now that we know what to look for, it should be easy. Look for shadows, too. Stains on the rock and rubble. Inform me what you find" Connor knew it was better to get Flood out of here for now.

He looked to Kijani, "do you think we should look at the teachers and students? Particularly those that are missing still, although there's a lot that aren't accounted for yet" He didn't want to think on that, but t had to be looked into. If it was a student or teacher, then...that was what it was.

Phoebe nodded, "Take all the time you want. I'll get some food prepared, find me when you are ready" She said to Makoto, going to the kitchen, she used the time to steady herself, knowing she would be useless if she was unstable.

Harry didn't even think, as Kassy started to cry. She had helped him so much, and all he wanted to do was to be able to help her. He moved towards her, "Hey, hey, It's okay. Don't panic, don't worry. We'll figure it out" He felt like he was useless, felt like he wasn't saying the right thing, or doing the eright thing. "It's okay." Even though he knew that Kassy was one of the few people he could look at in the eyes without worrying, it took all his strength and will power to do so without looking away, but he did.

"It's the disc right? Can't we get another one?" He looked around at the others, desperate for any help or anything.

Katherin

Katherin decided that she needed to meet with the rest of the graduates. She was tired of this. She knew it had only been hours sense they had been attacked but they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. They were all going in different directions. They knew better but they were panicking. She took the few numbers she had and started calling. She was going to set up a meeting of the minds one way or another.

Flood frowned, but smiled quickly as he pulled out another gun. He stuck out his tongue at Connor behind his back and left to go investigate the school. He heard his phone ringing and checked to see who it was. He answered when he saw it was Katherin and started his motorcycle. "Yo. What's happenin?" He turned on the Bluetooth inside his helmet and began riding.

Katherin chuckled and shook her head. Why on earth had she called Flood. The man was crazy. But they needed brilliant minds and he had one. "I think we need to get everyone together. I have a lot of numbers but you problem have more. We need a plan. We need to take action. Call those you trust to help and met me at the school at noon."

Flood smiled and nodded even though she wouldn't see. "I can do that. You can count on me to get everyone together." He checked his phone to see the time. "I'll see you at noon." He hung up and texted Phoebe, Connor, Kijani, Makoto, Kagerou, and Nicholas. 'Katherine wants to meet up at noon. Show up to The Academy if you can.' Read the message. He nodded to himself again and hit send as he rolled up to The Academy. He then began investigating.

"Why would I get in your way? Oh wait, I already did that didn't I. Hmm..." She stopped to think for a bit. "Sorry. So how long are you going to just leave me here?"

Kagerou - Kat's House

Since most of the students had been moved to Kat's place, Kagerou had been dealing with most of the goings on. A few of them were in the kitchen at the moment. Right now Kassie was having a particularly rough time with what appeared to be her powers and memories. Not able to find anything specifically wrong Kagerou pulled a chair over for her to sit on. "It'll be alright Kassie. I won't let anything hurt you."

Estella - Academy Ruins

Returning to the site of the disaster she found that things were being cleared. Dropping from her ship Estella looked around at what was going on. "What the hell?" Grabbing one of the workers she spun him around and scared him half to death. "What are you doing? This is a crime scene on private property. Get out of here!" She shoved him back. Pointing a finger at a backhoe a quick shock caused it to stall.

June - AIM Lab

Just as quickly as the AIM faculty began attacking they suddenly turned and ran. A new alarm went off signaling the time to evacuate. "Follow them, they have an escape route. I think they're planning blowing up the facility. Is anyone near the control room?"
