Looking for a small group of (flexible) individuals interested in a steampunk pirate RP! I am asking people be okay with a plot driven almost entirely by the players, instead of just a single GM. I would like between 4-6 players who can work well with others to decided what kind of adventures the crew partakes in. Of course, the plot will be nudged in a general direction by yours truly to assure we don't get too far off course, but I would like everyone to contribute instead of relying solely on the GM to progress. That being said, onto some more stuffs:
+ My initial thoughts was that the crew should be a group of youths (aged 12-20ish) who believe that their actions of piracy upon the government and the military will help to aid the lower-class. Steal from the rich, give to the poor, you know?
+ I want someone, besides myself, to play the leader/captain of the crew. You will have to be fairly dedicated to the RP and would play a big part. So, you basically become co-GM, I suppose.
+ I really want character development to be a big deal. So, although I will not ask for a particular post size, it must be well written. This means include details, emotions, thoughts... Get us attached to your character. Are they a cute kid we'll wanna cuddle, or a jack-ass we wanna punch in the face? Let their personality show in your posts.
+ The plot will ideally be action-y, so be comfortable with blood, guts, explosions and all that cool stuff. (Keeping Guild rules in mind, of course.)
+ Romance of course is awesome, too, but keep it clean and reasonable. (As in, no sexy time between 13 year olds. Or massive age gaps [more then 5 years])
+ Dialogue doesn't have to be pirate-y, in case that concerns you. I personally suck at it, so...

Yeah, so I was think that guns should stay black-powder-style, just because I feel like that fits steampunk well. So no ray guns or stuff like that, but everything else is pretty much fine.
