The history section works differently in this RP. Instead of writing a bio with your CS when you sumit a character, instead you will only list facts as they are revealing IC. This gives it a sense of mystery and allows the characters to more freely develop.

Hello Everyone, this will be kinda long, but please read it :3.

@Bird and I were talking, well…typing, and we were thinking that we should start a stat point system to give everyone an idea on what to expect from each other in battle. This is also to set some boundaries to make this au steam punk roleplay a little more…realistic and hopefully a little more dramatic (mwhahahah). So anyway, here is how it works.
There are a couple of categories: Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, social, crafting and fighting. The number of points you get correlates to the characters age. 0-10=0points, 11-15 +5, 16-20 +8, 20-30 +11, 30-40 +13, 40-50 +12, 50-60 +11, 60-70+8…etc. A 10 on the scale means godlike powers, and I don’t think that anyone should have a 10 on any scale. A 3 is the average Joe on the streets.

This sets boundaries because if a person is a three in a certain skill, they will never be able to beat a five in that respect. Also, if someone who is a five says they cannot do something, then a person who is a three cannot do it either. I don’t really want to set a scale, because we are not leveling up here people, this is just to give perspective.
Now, everyone starts out with 3 points in each area, then you may add your extra points to the card as you see fit. You may also take away a point or two from your base 3 points and put them somewhere else. Just not that if your points go below three, then there are noticeable negative consequences. Say you have a really high intelligence, but a 2 or lower in social, you will never be able to communicate your ideas. If you have very high fighting skills, but low strength, you will not be able to fight for more than a minute or two. If you are very social, but have poor craft skills, you will never be able to make dinner for all your many many friends.

Prince is known as a friendly man, almost big brother-like to the younger crew in the Leviathan. He often teases the people he's close to, sometimes showing his sadistic nature whilst cracking the most horrible puns in the worst of situations, but when put in the position that requires fighting, people say it's like something inside him clicks and he becomes a ruthless killer until the task is done. He's been using an alias, 'Prince', as his name ever since he got involved with the crew of the Leviathan, preventing anyone from knowing his real name due to his background.

Aubrey is very thoughtful, kind, and passionate, though he has a short fuse. He enjoys the company of others and isn't very particular about who he talks to. Although he seems a little bit shy at times he has a wicked attitude when he is upset. He is immensely stubborn and hot-headed and often makes snap decisions based solely on emotion. The best way to set him off is to tease him for his small size or girly name.

Personality: usually a un caring person to most and as a result can seem distant or cold to most people but despite that Angelo will go out his way to help people and while he will not speak to anyone he is believed to be dead by his family who he will not mention. What happened in his past has scared him emotionally and will rarely convey emotions of happiness or enjoyment. Their are also rare moments when his anger gets through and makes him look like a demon instead of his nickname as Angel.

Personality: Energetic and loves to tease, just about everyone would get along with her. However, just because everyone would like to talk to her, doesn't mean she's easy to be around. Whether you are male or female, she enjoys being flirtatious and teasing them.

However, there are moments when she finds something(or someone) who deserves the label adorable. It's easy to tell when she thinks so, because, without a thought of personal space nor proper time and place, she will attempt to hug it.

In battle, she is someone who you do not want to be anywhere nearby. Almost seemingly dancing with the blade, with bullets firing out sporadically.

One thing to note that, while she enjoys teasing others, even sexually sometimes, she is rather innocent and vulnerable to being teased.
Weapon of Choice: The gunblade, a well-balanced weapon(weight wise here). It's capable of loading and firing five paper cartridge rounds before needing to reload. The rifle's range is rather mediocre however, due to the inability to 'aim down iron sights'.

She does have a back-up weapon, namely several throwing knives strapped to her thigh.

Personality: Rin is more calmer of the twins, although she would still be counted as more active amongst the family. Loves to eat anything sweet, and her usually passive and blank appearance would change to something that can only be called moe extremely cute, especially if you feed her the cake.

Although at first she may seem unemotional, once you get to know her, you would start to understand the slight differences in expressions. She enjoys being doted on, fed anything sugary, using someone as a lap pillow, and even being used as a hug pillow.

Something that she might have picked up from her brother, would be the need for efficiency, at least in battle. That, and collecting guns. Her love knowledge of guns is high enough that she can start deducing the type of weapon used(rifle, shotty, pistol, hand cannon, ship cannon).

Within battle, it really depends on how close her target is, and what her objective is. It can range from the usual aim and snipe methods, to the ridiculous yet more well known method of literally unleashing death everywhere, with bullets flying every which way.
Weapon of Choice:She technically doesn't have a favourite weapon. Ask her to open the jacket, and you will probably hit the floor with your jaw, as the sheer number of different guns can be seen. Sakuya labels her as a walking armory.

Bypassing the need to reload every shot, Rin is know for dual wielding, and firing the guns one at a time, before immediately switching. Think of it as a salvo. However, reloading all those firearms is annoying as hell, trying to make all the paper cartridges by hands.

Pistols and short barrel firearms can be haters anywhere, rifle sized firearms have to be carried at the back, limiting their numbers. She technically can carry guns on the outside of her cloak as well, but that is in plain sight.

The only weapon that she actually HAS to carry outside, is a hand cannon.
Other: If you ever try to carry her coat, you'll find that it is heavy. The reason by the 'why' is easily answered if you felt the coat. There are metal plates seen into it, as well as plenty of places to holster guns all over the inside, and some on the outside as well. However, when worn, the coat doesn't show any noticeable bulges.

Despite how the twins behave, Rin is actually the older twin.

She acts tough whenever she can but often accidentally shows her sweet side to the others. When she gets angry enough she’ll lash out violently, most of the time with her wrench. Otherwise, she is not easily angered unless you seriously injure someone she gives a damn about.

This steampunk pirate has a cybernetic eye/telescope/eye patch that allows her to zoom in and have a better view of her targets when she shoots or throws her heavy wrench, which she can wield with ease as if it weighs nothing. Her eye telescope thing also allows her to see in the dark through one eye. Little is known about her past, she doesn't like to talk about it, but more will be revealed in time.

Been on the Leviathan for about 2 years, her parents are both dead. Her father raised her to be a boy, her mother coddled her endlessly with little to no discipline.

Appearance: His other eye is fine, that piece just acts as an adjustable lens like telescope.

Personality: Rough around the edges, can be a bit of an ass. This is due to his forced "military" upbringing, as his family thought it better for him to spend his time in cadets due to his once playful nature. Due to this he has a burning scorn for authority, as well as hardening him emotionally from others. The discipline of his upbringing wasn't a complete waste though, as it affected the way he sees combat, which often frightens those who witness him in the thick of things. At times he might cover this with a mean spirited jokes or a brawl, but really he just wants to feel as if he's wanted somewhere and for people to actually give a damn about him. However, if you're fighting beside him or you gain his trust/respect, he will gladly watch the world burn than let ill befall them.

Weapon of Choice: Like this. A pair of revolvers, always preloaded. Has spare cartridges for both on his person.

Other: Can get a bit carried away when in the midst of a fight. Rage issues. Also, his time spent in the military schools has racked up his tolerance for abuse. No real skill as a fighter, but will brawl with the best of them due to the punishment he will endure just to wail on the other.

Personality: Winter is as cool and collected as the season she was named for. Elegant, sharp, and unforgiving, her icy exterior hides a wicked rage, festering just below the surface. This side of her hardly ever makes itself known, however, since joining the Leviathan. Winter typically puts up a calm, more nurturing front, and can even be playful or teasing to those she grows more comfortable around.

It should be noted that while this is her weapon of choice, Winter is proficient with a wide variety of weapons, especially blades and poisons, plus good old hand-to-hand.

Other: Winter is an exceptionally deadly and ruthless fighter – all control, creativity, and measured fury. While on the Leviathan though, she does a good job of keeping this hidden. Instead of fighting, Winter serves as what she likes to call "ship baby-sitter." She does much of the cooking, patches her crew mates up, and overall acts as a grounding presence and voice of reason.

In reality Levi is...broken, her father was outlawed by illegal trades, and now she is simply alone. Her father always seemed to teach her about the world and now, without him she is lost within the large world in which she stands in.

He was moved to a far island, unknown to most of the world. But he was one of the main producers of flu medicine. He was not killed by the government, but instead used to make multiple products, though it is searched and tested before coming out and claimed by another company instead of him.

She is polite and quick to offer help, even if she isn’t very skilled in whatever she’s offered help with. She feels guilty about the instances in which she kills, which isn’t often, and prefers to knock people out. She loves science.

Personality: Taran has a hard time taking anything seriously. What he lacks in formal training, he makes up for in spirt and charisma (or so he thinks, it is probably up for debate). Taran spent the majority of his youth with a group of performers, acrobats of a sort. He did not join because he has a hatred of authority, more like bad impulse control and it seeming like a good idea at the time. That being said, he will typically stay loyal to a cause until finding reason not to. However, once something becomes unworthy in his eyes (a cause, a person, an idea) he'll hate it, typically with uncalled for passion, and very little will be able to reverse that particular judgement. Although he is not the best fighter, he strives to become one and will often pester others to train him.

Weapon of choice: His body. Seriously, while he cannot fight very well, he is fairly difficult to catch due to his acro training. Also, his inability to differentiate between doors and windows.

Other: He is fairly musically inclined. Particularly with the violin and piano. However, he only plays for pay and as a last minute gift for someone because he didn't forget.

He's also more seasoned than the rest of the pirates. He teaches the other pirates on the fundamentals of combat, if they want the knowledge that he has. He knows the navy's general strategies. At some points, Winston seems to have a strange look in his eyes. They just seem angry and frustrated. Thought, this look seems to go away quickly.

Personality: Kara doesn't dream, she sets goals, makes plans and follows through. While she is a great one to have on the team because of that mind set, she also tends to become a little short sided. It wouldn't be entirely implausible for her to leave a person behind because they were slowing down the plan. While she is friendly enough, she has a low tolerance for excessive and uncalled for childishness. At just twenty, she likes to think of herself as this mature older woman, which often makes her come across as aloof or snooty. But, in reality, it is a coping mechanism for when she is scared or unsure of what to do next.

PERSONALITY: Unlike Prince, Kai is more level headed and quiet but sometimes shows habits that he learned from Prince after spending too much time with him. He was found by Prince a year ago, after he wandered into the bad side of town. Prince saved him and snuck him on board the ship (which got Prince into a shit ton of trouble for). He's quite close to Prince, looking up to him as an older brother (not that he'd ever tell him that) but sometimes Prince goes too far and is usually the one apologizing for Prince and scolding him after. He acts mature compared to Prince most of the time, trying to avoid trouble as much as possible but he knew if Prince wasn't the way he was he wouldn't be alive right now and feels like he owes Prince even though he keeps insisting that just being there is enough.

Personality: If you were to meet Shiyami on a normal day, you would not be able to discern anything about him. He is kind, with a chivalrous attitude, and has a way with words. Not a single piece of information would be leaked. You can't tell whether he's nervous, impatient, or even bored! However, take your eyes off him in a crowd, and you will never find him again, easily blending in by acting similar to the locals.

However, when he is dealing with his contracts, he would do it without remorse, and with brutal efficiency. His skills, combined with his accumulated experience in his occupation, has allowed for some ridiculous tricks and aces hidden. For one, he weapons. Versatile, effective in many situations, and easily hidden and carried. Another would be his combat capabilities. Those lucky enough to witness his battles and live, mention reloading all twelve rounds by throwing rounds into the air, emptying the revolvers, and swinging them out, collecting the airborne paper cartridges in the now empty chambers, before closing it up, all in a short time span. Another mentions his opponent's bullets being shot right out of the air, and any bullet that haven't been deflected by another bullet, is diverted by blade.

Even moreso, is that he doesn't always use his own weapons. Half the time he utilizes his opponents weapons. He seems to also specialize in group combat. Meaning in a 1v10, he, as the lone fighter, has the advantage over the ten.

There is one thing very, very, very dangerous regarding him. If it ever so happens that someone manages to draw blood, or harm him...well.......good luck. There has been only one witness report. Every single person within the vicinity was slaughtered, with utter brutality, as some in extremely horrifying and inhumane methods.
Weapon of Choice: Dual Apache Revolvers. Specially designed, and completely custom made of a weapon, they are one reason why Shiyami is feared. Unafraid to let loose with heavy punches, before utilizing the revolver's six round chamber to its fullest.

Even during more stealthier operations, he can casually go by his target, suddenly slice through the artery at the neck, and be on his way while his victim is thrashing on the ground drowning in their own blood.

However, one thing should be noted is that Shiyami is extremely proficient with a multitude of weapons. He is known for disarming his opponent, before using their own weapon against them.

The nickname 'Immortal Vampire' refers to being utterly drenched in blood, with dismembered corpses in the surroundings.

Thus...he found 'Giant' a sword that was capable of blocking bullets for a small teammate, and also decimating an enemy. In one of his days he had found a girl, known as 'Levi' an abandoned girl, that had been the daughter of a crazed scientist...he had taken her under his wing, teaching her, and as well caring for her...but was forcefully separated. Dexter is tall with an athletic build. His light skin is riddled abstract tattoos, all down his back, neck, and arms. His intense steely-blue gave often intimidates the younger crew members.

Personality:

“Distant” would be a good word to sum him up. Dexter, although he adages his crew, has a hard time showing it. His serious expression rarely breaks, and even when it does it's only with a subtle, sly smile that is easy to misinterpret. The Leviathan and crew are his pride and joy, all that he claims to live for. He let's his shipmates do as they please, and normally lets the do all the robbing, plundering and fighting themselves. Although rare, he will occasionally talk to the members of his crew when they are having difficulties dealing with emotion, which is kind of odd seeing as it appears he has virtually none of his own. However cold and prickly he may seem from the outside, his desire is to make a positive change in the world; so, therefore, there must be a kind person in there, even if he hides it well.

Weapon of Choice:

For the most part? Whatever is handy. He keeps both a simple knife and flintlock pistol on his person, though he can easily adapt to any weapon he needs to “borrow”.
