Did they just miss the memo at the top that says that they need to apply to join? I can see how some newcomers might be confused by that.
Although, I think it's also in the "getting started" rules/tips that one needs to check these things before jumping into a roleplay, so maybe this is just a reflection of just how many people actually check those rules...

I hope they catch their mistake before any admins get them for spamming, though. That would be kinda painful.

On another note, maybe they just forgot that they hadn't submitted a CS to this particular thread yet and thought that they were posting for another. I've seen it happen before. Either way, I guess it's best to just ignore them in the IC until they catch the error. *shrugs*

Power: Energy sink - Her body braces the impacts and reuses that force for bodyily process. Till now she has tested kinetic, electrical and chemical energy on her body.
Appearance:

Bio: An orphan that has seen the tough life. Born on the streets and harassed from a young age to join a beggers racket. She was rescued by a brave young policeman named Andrew Sanders and brought to the orphanage considering the bloody carnage she had wrought.

Her case is on special consideration and should the corrective ways of the institution fail to impact her violent ways, she'd be arrested and sent to corrective facility for the superpowered juveniles.

Personality: Reserved and quiet in light of current events.

I know what you mean; that gets me a lot as well. Although, I think a lot of them are just new to the style of roleplay or haven't quite figured out their way around the site yet. I really have to remember more when this happens that I'm actually really lucky, because I had someone guiding me through my first few weeks of forum roleplay here. A lot of people are probably trying to figure out everything on their own, so it's not really surprising to me anymore how often this happens. I think the most we can do is to politely remind them and invite them to start a dialogue so they can understand what's going on a little better in the future.

Of course, then there are the few that just don't care enough to actually read rules and mess people up for no reason, but I want to try to have some benefit of the doubt. The chances of the latter actually being the case are surprisingly slim when put into perspective. Well, from my limited experience, anyway. ^_^
