Awesome, because I'm hoping that, during their time together on board the Lone Star, Simon could help alleviate Mez's mild Xenophobia. I'm not sure whether you've noticed just how he regards Humans, Thuboisii and other life-forms that aren't Visipian, but I decided to give him this ailment to add a little depth to him. And I figured that since your guy is the healer, he'd be able to help. :D

Well they did have 15 billion to spend on a really, really fast ship capable of jumping between parallel dimensions and travelling through time.

After they jumped 3 weeks into the future I think it took her about five hours to get them.

@Kalas Question for you. Mez doesn't really doesn't like humans. Marga is half-human and looks full-human. Mez thought she was human (I presume). They had some sort of crazy/sexy-times/stealing things/etc relationship for an unspecified amount of time (my guess is more than a couple of months but less than a whole year). IT DOESN'T ADD UP.

So... ideas/explanation of that one?

Although he doesn't like most humans Marga caught him at a bad time in his life and managed to get past his defenses while he was questioning the beliefs he'd been raised on after having fled his home as a fugitive. However he hates Thuboisii fervently due to the part they played in his parents' deaths, and once he discovered her mixed heritage his fleeting love for her twisted into pure hatred, fuelled all the more by his own feelings of having proven himself unworthy by having mated with her.

The whole situation also stoked up his xenophobic tendencies, making him even more untrusting towards other races than he'd previously been, as well as reinforcing his people's belief in their supremacy, which he'd been on the verge of walking away from until Marga's 'betrayal'.

I'd like to think she impressed him - that she didn't fit with what he thought of humans. Maybe how they met was that she stole something from him and he tracked her down? Only instead of killing her, stuff (feel free to help me out with what) happened and they ended up together.

They stood together before a magnificent flowing waterfall. gazing into the other's eyes. Before they knew what was happening their arms were wrapping themselves around their bodies as they kissed with a passion neither had even experienced before. THe world seemed to stop, nothing but the sensation of the other of any importance as they felt themselves melting, blending, and becoming one as the world faded to black.

The next moment Mez found himself sitting on the end of Marga's bed pulling on his boots as she held her sheets in front of her naked body, only one thing running through his mind. 'Umm... did I just miss something?'

If she could get into the pilot's cabin, she could take control of the ship.

Not to ruin the opportunity for Marga to show off her skills with explosives but Felix opened the door to the cockpit when Simon stepped in to help with the docking, and so far hasn't closed it again.
