History: Growing up within wall Maria, He was there when it was Breached. Although an adult, he was allowed onto the life boats to evacuate from the Shinganshina district. It was probably because he had with him, his little sister of 3. Before the first titan invasion in 100 years, he had a mother, and 3 siblings. His mother was killed upon initial impact of the colossal titan. His two lost siblings were ripped from his grip, by the same titan.

Amber! Hold your sister! He passed Veronica to her, before running back to get Jacob, who had tripped on the rubble. He screeched to a halt, dust flicking up as he saw. A titan was right behind his brother. Jacob was dazed after falling and unaware. Bachus couldn't get there in time. The titan opened up is mouth to swallow his 12 year old brother. "Jacob!!!!!!!." The jaws snapped shut, spraying blood over Bachus' face. He quivered, in shock, frozen. What could one do in this situation? Amber and Veronica. He rushed back telling them not to look back and to run. He took back Veronica and they ran as fast as they could. The titan which had feast upon his brother was catching them, but they could see the inner gate. It was starting to close. "Come on Amber we can make...." She wasn't with him anymore. He turned his head to see her being taken away. Putting Veronic into one arm he lurched back, grabbing hold of Amber's forearm.
He screamed, the tendons in his free arm ripping as he tried to pull his sister from the titan's grasp. "I wont let go Amber! I swear! I'll save you! Just close your eyes!" He Couldn't save her. It was hopeless. What man could stop such a monster like this? The jaws of the titan snapped shut, severing his sister's arms, swallowing her. "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" He screamed defying the looming titan. He has had one family member left. He looked to his little sister Veronica, cradled his arm, before setting off and full speed, wiping the tears from his eyes. The Gate was almost shut, but they were almost there. The ground shook behind them, as titan's were making for the gate, canon fire rapidly going off. He made it just in time, sliding on the concrete under the gate, ripping his skin. The boats were still there.

Personality: Surprisingly friendly and jovial considering all that happened to him. He suppresses of demons within, and it is only a matter of time before he snaps.

History (as much or as little as you like, just give me something interesting):son a carpenter from wall maria. Angelo didn't grow up with many friends except his pet dog because he wouldn't try to hurt him when he tried to help him so he followed him around mainly because Angelo always kept food out for him when he came by his house so Angelo named him shadow because the dog always seemed to sneak around easily, Angelo didn't have many friends since he always worked hard with his father and he was an easy target for real bullies while Angelo wouldn't fight Angelo never really forgave them for it but he never showed it. His mother however died when she gave birth to him so because he was always busy building new houses with his father gathering wood and moving blocks of cement it made him stronger then most average people working was all Angelo was good at to be honest and since he has no social skills when it comes to making friends and nobody wanted to be the friend of a "giant weakling" as the bullies would call him. Angelo was told to be strong by his father so he wouldn't get picked on so much but Angelo just couldn't find the heart to fight someone smaller then him he always told him as he did work while kids his age would walk by and laugh at Angelo, although Angelo was a strong person he was also shy and hated to fight simply to prove he was strong but the thing that Angelo always wanted to do was go outside the wall and help build a grand utopia for everyone. Angelo always built houses and small accessories like fountains with his father but Angelo always wanted to start something from scratch and make something amazing, something that would echo through time as his creation and his idea alone. While Angelo would go back and forth between lumber yards and quarries for the wood and stone he would need for a project he would sometimes see the scout regiment soldiers coming home bloody and near death from a recent mission outside the wall but Angelo couldn't help but feel they risked a lot for a little gain but Angelo respected their path since they had the courage to do what nobody else would even think of doing they seemed so strong and even respected by people and Angelo wanted to have that so he would never have to fight anyone. Angelo started to think that he should put his strength to use and prove to people he wasn't a weakling and someday make his dream a reality outside the walls and what better way then to be a scout and expand their world beyond the walls and build a place where it could be a thriving city where Angelo would be remembered as the architect for a new city more beautiful then the one they already had and be respected by all. so Angelo went into wall rose and he wanted to join them, Angelo probably guess they would call him a fighter but Angelo was simply a person that wanted respect and had a dream of a new home for everyone where everyone could be at peace.
Personality: Angelo is a hard worker but he is usually a very nice person to others whenever possible. He can be sort of a clown sometimes trying make up lame jokes on the spot to try and ease peoples tension choosing to use his persuasion to get people to get along instead of fighting with others but it wouldn't be helpful because trouble would always find him and he wouldn't fight, if possible Angelo tries to stay out of conflict all together since he isn't a violent person to people and as a result goes home to his dad with more bruises and black eyes then he could count.

History: Cassandra's father was a scout, dying before her birth on one last exploration before retiring from the scouts and becoming a guild. Guess fate just likes to be sadistic. Her mother, overcome with grief, left her. So she never knew either of her parents. She grew up in an orphanage, growing up, she kept to herself, and counted the days until she could get out of there.

Other than that, she doesn't tell people much more about her history, or how she came to be apart of levi's squad.

Personality: Cassandra has a no nonsense sort of personality. She has a dislike of foolishness, but she does have a soft side for her friends and those she cares about. She is tough, stubborn and determined. In general, she is quite a serious person.

History: Born to a doctor and Nurse, Nessie was born to a life of helping people. She grew up learning how to heal, and for a time, seemed to enjoy it. However, she often got herself into trouble as she aimed to be more then a simple healer. An adventurous girl, she would often "test" herself against the guards the guarded the walls, always finding more ways to climb the wall and causing any amount of mischief.

Until a titan attacked a wall. Or tried to. That was her first up close look at one, and apart from seeing that they were vaguely human and definitely in need of some IQ, she didn't see their danger. And then a team of three went down to deal with it.

Only one returned, badly wounded and pulled up via rope as the Titan was killed. As someone ran for help, Nessie put her knowledge to the test, doing what she could to prevent any further blood loss, stablising the man's leg, which was shattered.

From that moment on, she knew she wanted to be out there doing something, rather than behind the walls.
Personality: Given the fact that she is often mistaken for younger than she is, Niesha is a bit of a smart mouth, when she wants to be. Mostly though, she is a bright, bubble kind of girl, who enjoys laughter, and making the best of everything.

Murphy "Murph" Carbonwood

26 Years Old//Male

History

Born to a generation of wall builders, Murphy took after his father and older brother at an early age. The Carbonwood women were always housewives - married women who's main occupation is to manage the household. Anyhow, they were very rural people, living off trade and the little money the construction business brought them. Murphy didn't realize their struggle until after he reached his teenage years when his eyes opened up to reality.

Shielded by the walls he and his generational family helped construct, Murphy believes they were doing good. From childhood he was educated on the Titans that roamed the abis. They were forbidden to leave the walls, unless their desire was to battle their oppressors. Unfortunately, Murphy didn't realize he would be destined to fight until it was too late.

Part of the construction industry deducted it's business outside the colony. Builders needed to do their job from the outside as well - due to having Titans attempt to claw their way in. It came to a point that Murphy's dad was chosen to go out with a couple of other men and fix the walls outer shell. Construction alone was dangerous, so adding giant flesh eating humanoids made it even worse. Despite being guarded by scouts, there was never certainty of survival.

And as stated, the day Duce (Murphy's Father) went outside, he was torn to shreds by the carnivorous Titans. Surviving members of that particular construction team told stories of that day and how the Scouts had done nothing to help them. They said the Scouts remained atop that wall and watched as the less fortunate begged for forgiveness before a false god - reciting their first prayer seconds before death. The image of his father taking such actions haunted Murph. Days after the event he quit the construction business and took a momentary leave from his family. Even without him, the others continued their daily lives, questioning his return. Murphy's older brother confined working on the wall and his mother remained at home, sometimes siting children to make extra coin for food.

During his absence, Murph fell into a depression which caused him to find relief in smoking and drinking. He had no money on the streets and fended for himself for once, growing more independent as time progresses. It wasn't much the death of his father that forced him into such pit, but the solemn hate for the Scouts that - by oath - swore to fight for humanity. The soldiers everyone worshipped had failed him. So with the desire to change the system - abd to cut to the chase - Murph joined the Scouts, climbed through the ranks, and ended up working under a very praised militant man - Levi Ackerman.

Personality

In accordance to his unfortunate past, Murph tends to dwell on such dark memories. He has a hard time trusting new people, but does eventually warm up to them if not shown any hostility. He's s very southern kind of guy, keeping things simple and old fashioned - sometimes has difficulty with new technological innovations. The man is more of a soldier than anything, never putting himself in a position of power, but following a lead. Despite his desire to change the system, he knows he has to earn his place first - a place he seems he has not yet reaches. Finally, he believes actions speak louder than words which explains his usual distance and silence.

History: Arthur was born and grew up in Quinta District, which was located just behind the Wall of Maria. Arthur came from a poor family. His father worked as a lumberjack for a local trading company, and Arthur's father spent most of his working time transport lumber from Quinta District to Shiganshina District which was located south of Wall Maria. Arthur's mother was one of the typical housewives out there, who spent all the time doing house chorus for her beloved family. Arthur has a younger brother - Alfons, which was only half of his age, but Alfons was suffering from Pulmonary Stenosis, which the pulmonary valve are often thickened and do not open fully, causing a narrowing where the blood crosses the valve from the right ventricle. This caused Alfons unable to do extreme sports, the family tried very hard to find a doctor who was maybe, able to help Alfons but there was no luck so far.

Arthur's life took a big turn a few years back, when he first saw titans with his own eyes at the age of 17. He will never forget the flesh-eating monsters he saw, stepping, throwing, eating his friends and destroying the district he lived in. Arthur thought that soon enough the government will send out the military to help him and his family, but days after days hidden in different spots around the town, afraid that one day the titans will spot him and ate him. The reinforcements never showed up. Arthur's father was transporting lumber to Shiganshina District, so he had no idea what was happening back at his home. Arthur's mother sacrificed herself to distract a titan that found them hiding beside a teared down building, so that Arthur and his brother Alfons can escape using their family horse. They were to reach Shiganshina District that usually would took merchants two days non-stop to reach, with only supplies just enough for a few days.

After three days of exhausting "family road trip", both Arthur and his brother reached the gate of Shiganshina District, a 50 meters wall stood before them with few soldiers patrolling at the top of the wall. They were spotted and was allowed inside after the soldiers on top of the gate exchanged a few lines with each other. Arthur's father was no where to be found but Arthur never gave up on searching for his father. Arthur soon discovered that the military was recruiting new soldiers, and Arthur eent straight for it.

For the past two years, Arthur trained very hard with the other recruits and he already killed 4 titans during his first right after his training ended.

Personality: Arthur is a brave and responsible person. Also a little stubborn. Hates bullies the most and loves to cook.

History: Born within Wall Maria, he's one of twins with his sister Lana. They grew up together in a relatively good house with their parents. Their mom a stay at home mother and their father was in the Survey Corp. Neither Ethan or Lana saw their father much, but they appreciated each and every day they did to see him. This didn't stop Ethan feeling proud of their father Jase Winchester. From a young age, Ethan swore secretly to himself that he would follow in his dad's footsteps and would join the Scouts the moment he was old enough.

One fateful day, the scouts had come back and rode through the town after a hard day of surveying the outside. Ethan had pulled himself forward, much to Lana's dismay and it was then he spotted his father's dead body on the back of a cart. Wrapped in a sheet, he recognised Jase from the hanging arm off the side. the Winchesters knew this day would come round. It was the cost of joining the scout regiment. Heroes never die old, but they lived long enough to become heroes to those who cared about them. Ethan just never thought he would see that day come for his family, when he was merely in his teens. This day hit him like a ton of bricks, and from that day forward he became serious, and recluse. He became more protective of his sister, and laughed less. His whole personality changed.

When the Titans broke through the wall and attacked the population, he wanted to fight them, but he was frozen in the spot until some soldier snapped him out of his daze and got him to take his sister to safety. Running to safety, he watched as friends, and strangers alike along with soldiers were eaten alive by the titans. On that day, they lost contact with their mother and have yet to find out if she's even still alive....

Then came the day he joined as a cadet and learned everything he could and eventually joined the scouts. He wasn't alone mind, as Lana joined the scouts also. They were to forever be together.

Personality: Out of him and his sister, he's the quiet one. He's very serious and protective of his sister, but that's not to say that he doesn't know how to laugh. So far only Lana has been able to break laughter out of him. He's all about honing his skills as a scout and wears his wings of freedom with great pride.

History: SAME AS ETHAN'S.

Personality: Out of herself and Ethan, she's the more talkative and sociable one. She tends to try and make some humour out of any situation when she can, just to attempt to put smiles on people's faces. She knows how dire their world is, but she feels that shouldn't stop the human race from smiling at least once a day. Being Ethan's twin, she's very in-tune with how he feels, and what he thinks at any one time. Though she does still insist she's very much her own person. She's capable of looking after herself, but she lets Ethan protect her, to give him purpose in his life.

She looks as if she's serious, but she's the opposite, though sometimes playing the quiet card does work in her favour. She looks up to the likes of Mikasa Ackerman and finds her tactics and skill completely admirable. She can only hope that one day she'll be as skilled as the great Mikasa. On the side, she does have a slight crush on Jean but knows he fancies Mikasa. She does have moments where she dips in mood as she does find she suffers with mild PTSD, which sometimes comes out in night terrors. Needless to say she does keep this secret from everyone but Ethan, for fear of being told she has to leave the Scouts and leave her brother to be alone.

History: Lucatiel had come from a long line of Service Members, most whom became part of the Scout Regiment. The only one who was different was her mother: She actually had the skills to join the Military Police. And she did, but not because she feared the Titans; it was mostly due to Lucatiel, who was currently in her mother around the time she had finished her time training. Lucatiel's mother chose to to join the Military Police for the benefits, knowing that she'd need to raise Lucatiel while her father continued his work in the Scout Regiment.

Lucatiel was still a trainee when the Colossal Titan attacked and the wall was breached. Her father died during the defense, while Lucatiel was forced to stay back with her mother. She hated what was happening: to see her city getting torn apart by those monsters. Lucatiel's mother didn't take it any better and wanted to fight, however she had orders to stay within the wall. They both watched helplessly as the titans ravaged their homes. Once it was all over, Lucatiel made a promise to her mother: To avenge their father, and to change the city so that people like her mother could fight for her homeland for once, instead of just watching in helpless horror as others die on their behalf.

Shortly after the attack Lucatiel graduated from the training Academy, a fire burning in her heart to put an end to the monsters that keep threatening her home and their lives. She joined the Scout Regiment with the hopes of exploring the world outside the wall and discovering some way to put an end to all of this.

Personality: Lucatiel was always a strong-willed and forceful person. She can be down right intimidating, as she fears little, not those in authority, not even those who outclass her. She makes her beliefs known and her puts her issues upfront. It's not that she's rebellious however: She can follow orders and can put a lot of faith into others. Lucatiel understands the need to take risks and even sacrifice one's self, and while she's in no hurry to commit suicide, she's come to terms that she'll likely die in the line of duty. She has almost reckless abandonment for her own life, which would get her killed if her skills can't save her. Lucatiel hates boasting and lying, and someone who does either will earn her ire quite easily. She would challenge them, violently, to figure out the truth in their words.
