Honestly I wouldn't allow that. That ability could be abused so many ways. Auto-hitting anything in my opinion is one of the things that shouldn't be allowed in a roleplay unless used by a top tier character.

Also Tatsu I'm not sure if you saw me ask it on the last page but I need to know what exactly your character's style will be when you get your uniform. Detecting people nearby/night vision/ability to see invisible objects seems like the way I take it but that would render any combat uses for your character to a minimum like Inumuta.

Fighting Style – Medium/Long range

Strengths
Steady Aim – Jäger has a keen eye and well trained aim that makes her attacks at long range very accurate and precise, with no trouble hitting both stationary and moving individual targets.
Stamina – Jäger has high stamina, allowing her to sustain her speed and mobility for long periods of time before she begins to flag and tire.
Mobility – While not as flexible as a parkour practitioner Jäger is nimble and able to stay mobile, even in rough and treacherous terrain. Her mobility is greatest in outdoor, natural settings, or any reasonable artificial approximations of such environments.
Armour Piercing – While not overly high in offensive power Jäger’s attacks are primarily piercing in nature, allowing her to inflict respectable damage against opponents who specialise in defence and/or wear light to medium armour.

Weaknesses
Endurance – Jäger lacks the physical build and training needed to endure melee hits of any substantial or sustained nature.
Unsteady Aim – As Jäger’s fighting style is ill suited for melee combat her accuracy drops significantly when opponents enter into close range, potentially causing her to panic and fumble her shots.
Focus – The greater the number of opponents the harder it becomes to focus on any particular target. This is especially true when using long range weapons that require time to draw and aim. It is compounded further if those targets are all moving in a random/chaotic manner.

Favourite Activity: Archery

Personality: Charlotte is generally speaking a cheerful and open minded if not slightly aloof young lady who is prone to the occasional bots of dark moods. Her opened minded nature is a direct result of witnessing her father’s countless romantic entanglements and conquests, giving her a live and let live attitude toward life in general. If people are happy and no one is getting hurt then she is usually content to let them be. It also comes as no surprise to find that she is somewhat lacking in personal motivation and drive, especially when it comes to her leadership of the Archery club, a position to which she was elected to in secret by the other members of the club. Despite regularly competing in Archery competitions she shows very little actual competitiveness when it comes to her personality and is far more likely to praise the achievements of others then to laud her own accomplishments. Though she is quick to neglect her own safety she is quick to leap to defence of those she considers to be ‘in her care’.

Biography: Charlotte, or Jäger to her friends, is originally from the outskirts of Munich, Germany and is the daughter of the world renowned playboy explorer Anton Jäger Neumann, a millionaire of no small influence on the international stage. An only child, Charlotte had an unstrained and fairly relaxed relationship with her father, aware and accepting of his playboy lifestyle provided that she didn't have to play house with his numerous ‘bunnies’ and 'kitties'. For his part her father often brought her along on his less dangerous expeditions, teaching her from a young age how to use the bow, just as his father had taught him at the same age. The two of them were close and shared everything, or at least she thought they did. That was until his death.

Charlotte had been with distant relatives when news of her fathers death reached her, apparently killed in one of the many small conflicts that flared up following the spread of the Kiryuin family’s influence across Asia. As an only child Charlotte now found herself orphaned. Fortunately her father had been a man of some considerable foresight and had made arrangements several years previously that in the event of his untimely death his daughter would be transferred to the prestigious Berlin High Academy. Charlotte now lives a few miles from the academy in a specially built cottage located in the woods, courtesy of the Academy. As to how this arrangement came to pass the specific details are unknown save to a few individuals, though it is widely thought that the Neumann family’s financial resources had been brought to bear. The generous contributions made to the Academy by the Neumann Foundation over the years would seem to bear this out.

During her first few months at Berlin High Charlotte had trouble integrating into school life and making friends, partly due to her own aloof nature and at the time heavily depressed mood. It soon started to affect her grades as well as her health. She even started to skip lessons on a regular basis. In an attempt to improve the situation it was suggested that she join one of the many clubs promoted by the Academy. In the end it was decided that she would join the Archery club. Unsurprisingly she excelled in the club and was thus quickly able to begin making friends with the other club members. This not only brought around her mood but improved her grades as well, returning her to normal, more or less, though she still has the occasional sombre moment. In terms of academics she is somewhat mediocre across the board. She still skips the occasional lesson as well.

With the still growing influence of the Kiryuin family spreading even more deeply into the fabric of European society the headmaster of Berlin Academy, Kenta Sanshiro, approached Charlotte along with certain other individuals at the Academy with a plan to stem the tide. Charlotte had originally been hesitant to take part in such a plan. To win her over Kenta Sanshiro revealed to her the reason that her father had died and how it was related to the Kiryuin family. She has yet to reveal what she was told, even to those she considers friends.

Weapons: Large Composite Bow – A simple but effective weapon constructed from a new carbon-fibre/alloy composite material that makes it more far more durable than any store bought item of similar size and design.
Items: Medical Kit – Her father was a famous hunter and explorer, meaning that Jäger is no stranger to injury and is relatively well versed in a wide variety of medical procedures, many self taught. These range from treating wounds and abrasions to relocating dislocations and broken bones.

Other
She is a universal blood donor and can perform field transfusions should the need arise.
As the current leader of the Archery team she has won several tournaments for the Academy.
She takes regular medication to help her maintain her mood.

I read what you asked, I just haven't answered yet. She isn't really a direct fighter, but I would hardly say she's useless in combat. The way her powers were envisioned, she is versatile and strategically useful, but not with a lot of "Oomph".

Yes but how would that translate into the clothes which primarily give you the powers when you hit two stars. And besides that you'll be doing fairly little while in one and no star stages. Besides combat there's just a big battle of ideologies which your character can get into. Your character will be the one planning the battles and the various things we will be doing while playing an assist role. Things like conjuring lightning, ice, etc seem to be more in the realm of science which is really the whole thing behind the clothes at the end of the day with things like static electricity. I'm not sure how you'd just go about using actual magic with your clothes. Unless there's something I'm just not understanding and I'm making myself look like an idiot.

No I'm trying to understand how your character is going to work in the roleplay. I'm failing to understand how exactly what the suit will entail and what it will be like later. If it was something like chemistry, science, technology, or some sort of other thing. It's clear she can be useful in planning stages, and using her intelligence to pick out weaker points in Nero's clubs allowing us to advance to captain ship and lead our clubs to victory becoming two and then three stars. All other three characters have something rock solid I can see moving forward. Pure strength and willpower, agility and sneakiness, and imagination and range capabilities. Your character has brains and cunning and is a brilliant strategist but occult research just seems strange in a world dictated by more physical things like kendo, music, and airsoft guns. She's into science. That would be a more formidable club to have under strings and it'd give a very clear idea what the suit could do later. Look I'm just either misunderstanding something, or I'm getting the wrong idea about your character. It's not like I'm rejecting your entire character I just don't know how to move on with her moving forward and I'm certainly not being unreasonable by my point of view all I'm doing is asking for an explanation of how and why. I even gave away my character's second and three star stages so it's not like I'm hiding something.

Strengths:
[Hyperactive Imagination]
Eika's imagination extends beyond normal grasps of a basic situation. Instead of taking the time to worry about whatever else is in the front view, Eika's concept of watching things is to put it all into boxes and point out the things that people aren't noticing.

[Miss Fightclub]
The strength and speed that Eika has is beyond a normal human being's, naturally. She's quite strong, can take down a car even! Or so she says. Only time and exposure to such a situation will tell if she can actually do such a thing.

[Skating]
She's not without a pair of skates to get to and from places. Walking doesn't do it, running means you'll tire out, but skating works just fine when you need it!

[Let's Do A Trick]
She's the former leader of the Gymnastics club! She's got the flips and the tricks down-pact, if you're looking for a tutor.

Weaknesses:
[Hyperactive Imagination]
Holy shi- this is here twice?! But why?! Well, having a huge imagination like Eika's can cause problems in simple solutions. She's perfectly fine to solve a harsh, near-impossible situation, but simple rush-down situations aren't so good on her mind. She can't...function well, with "simplistic" things.

[Poor Immune System]
Simple as it reads. Eika is extremely susceptible to anything that could cause her to get ill. She's not the best at keeping her health up and...well, yeah. Keep the spooky scary sicknesses away from her.

[I Got This]
Eika is an idiot when it comes to her own mortality. She will run right into the danger, headfirst, and probably get fucked up by some One Stars or the like because she doesn't understand the life-saving concept of BACKING DOWN. Someone would have to drag her kicking and screaming to get her to leave.

[Skates]
This one was listed twice too?! Well, hell! As one would think, having skates on all the time can prove for downsides to things. ...Like...Slippery halls. Or trying to be stealthy. Or...Standing still for long periods of time. Yeah. That stuff.

Favorite Activity: Death-defying gymnastics club!

Personality: Are you in need of a girl that can brighten up the mood through any uncanny means? Are you looking for a girl willing to jump over a pool of sharks to get a meatbun because you said you wanted to see it? Look no further! Eika Munashii is here and ready to party for the rush! She's the girl that throws her teammates over her shoulder and keeps on trucking, she's the tank in your MMO that builds damage for the shits and the giggles, and she's the girl that...generally does nothing normal. Eika is the girl that you find drinking a water bottle by biting off the bottom and drinking through the small holes her teeth made. This could be something of an intimidating factor if considered by a stranger, but don't worry! She doesn't bite...that's a fucking lie.

Now, combat-wise? We've got your typical assault-type. She throws her face into the fight, she starts beating shit with her hammer until it's done and said. She won't stop until the fight's done, or unless something really convinces her that she needs to take off beforehand. And god forbid if she has to run -- the girl is always up for something fun, and she might just throw a fit from it all. Regardless, she's got a heart. You won't find her murdering puppies or kicking kids. She can sometimes get out of her fight-or-fight mentality to do what she needs to...But that adrenaline rush is hard to deny, you know?

Outside of the crazy and the combat, she has some cute normal motions. Sleepy Eika? She'll snuggle up on your lap without your permission and fall asleep -- maybe even make a few sniffles or nuzzles at your stomach while she's napping. Hungry Eika? She'll mount your back or waist and demand that food be given to her and whoever else is hungry. She's a crazy girl with a heart of gold -- and doesn't everyone love having the carefree lunatic by their side now and then?

Bio: She never was really a "normal" girl. By the age of three, she was trying to ride on the family dog after watching a rodeo broadcast. By the age of five, she was in gymnastics and excelling at it to the fullest degree. Eika spent her childhood getting lectured by a doctor every day for doing something crazy. As a result, parents didn't really want their kids near her thanks to the fact that she...well, people trying to do what she did tended to get hurt. Badly. This resulted in her being without friends for a good time -- and her reventual idea of forging a club of people as "talented" as she was at doing things that most people would consider "death-defying". Thus came the creation of the aptly named "Death-Defying Gynmastics Club".

But how did she end up in Berlin Academy to start that club, anyways?

A scholarship! Her family wasn't anything rich, and paying for any kind of school would be the death of them! A public display of her flexibility that cane in the form of a "dodgeball but with knives" show displayed a plethora of traits in her: courage or stupidity that ranged far beyond the capacity of an average human being, dedication to the show and to ensure that all in the crowd and participating were safe -- general consideration. Most, if not all, were good traits of an aspiring student, and thus, Berlin Academy became her home for the years to come as she relaxed. And that was where the point came of the Death-Defying Gymnastics Club's birth. Did she have problems nestling into the mannerisms and ways that the Berlin Academy worked? Not at all, actually, she was too busy making up a new creative "show" in her head to worry about that -- people just were unfortunate to gravitate to her thanks to her "starry-eyed" way of looking at the club activities.

But how was it that she came to be chosen for the mission to bring down the Kiryuin family? Eika didn't need some fancy damn explanation, like anyone else. There wasn't any family grudge that she was doing it for, or to save people, or to stop the slow domination of the Kiryuin empire over everything else. The mission was spoken to her, and she only needed to ask one question before anything else in order to decide whether her acceptance was even a potential or not.

"Can I make it all into a show?"

Confusing as the question was, the answer was responded with a simple "Yes" to satisfy the girl's uncanny choice of priorities.

And she joined just like that. All for the sake of making a grand show out of it all.
