Name: Daishin
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Race: Half human/Half dragonoid - Dragonoids are an alien race similar to the Saiyans in the sense that they are a warrior race. While they're lust for battle is tame compared to the Saiyans they are a formidable race. As their name suggests they are a people that possess the properties of dragons having tough partially scaled skin, are able to endure extreme temperatures, and let out earth shattering roars. Dragonoids bodies heal faster than most given that they properly rest so a week of recovery for a nomal human is 2-3 days for a Dragonoid. While they can live comfortably in high temperatures, in low temps their movements become hindered as well as their ability to react. Despite this they are very fierce and were able to fend off an invasion of the Saiyans long ago.
Fighting Style: Daishin is an fierce fighter combining speed and ingenuity to create openings in his opponents defenses and strike with quick punishing blows. Despite having no former training his instincts for battle are without match.
Abilities: Dragon's Wrath - When Dragonoids fight the markings on their faces begin to flash creating a sense of overwhelming pressure in their opponents as they look at it which can cause them to doubt and hesitate in their actions.
Dragon's Roar - All Dragonoids possess the ability to emit powerful roars. However, each Dragonoids roar has a distinct effect e.g. fire breath. When Dragonoids first develop this ability it starts as just a pressure blast then evolves and gains powers specific to to individual. Daishin's has yet to evolve.

Biography: Daishin lived a quiet life with his mother and father in a small mountain village. His father was a Dragonoid though he never revealed this to his son. Or at least he never had a chance. One day his father began to act strangely, he was anxious and most of all scared. Daishin's mother was out shopping so his father only had time to grab him and fly him elsewhere before returning to the house to confront what he knew was coming. By the time Daishin made it back to the village he found his home burning to the ground and his father lying in front, deceased. In his anguish he let out his first sorrow filled roar. After some consoling and calming down from the other villagers he asked about his mother but none of them could attest to her whereabouts or even if she was still alive. Daishin made his decision then: he would go out and find his mother then find the one who killed his father. That was a year and a half ago. Even though he hasn't found any trace of his mother or the his father's killer. As the other villagers described it his father fought with the killer while protecting the village which was ultimately what cost him his life. Daishin never knew his father had ever thrown a punch let alone knew martial arts. Which is why he's decided to enter the latest tournament hoping to learn something about the killer and use the prize money to help in his search for his mother.
