Weakness: Parry the fan. It can't penetrate Earthen armors.

Description: A combination of Waterfall Walking Jutsu and Fan of Ryujin. Umichi rides a bullet of water fired at high speeds, giving her a high speed transporation
Weakness: It does non increase her reflexes or physical speed, and Umichi is unable to change direction much while riding the technique, or stop on a dime. All this make it a poor jutsu to blitz an opponent with, as Umichi is likely to get hurt. It does make a good runaway jutsu however. Prolonged use will of course tire Umichi out.

Weakness: Shockwaves and large disruptions are this jutsu's largest weakness. Destroying the hands individually won't do much as there will be more to replace them.

Description: A sensory jutsu where Umichi spreads her water into a fine mist around her filled with her chakra. She is able to sense movement within the mist, and so it increases her reflexes within the mist, though she cannot tell friend from foe in it.
Weakness: She cannot tell friend or foe, and it is movement based, anything will trigger her reaction, which can make it weak to feints.

Description: Umichi creates a blood seal withing a small sphere of water, and then uses dance moves to cause it to float into the sky. The sphere draws in clouds above the area, drawing rain. The rain gives her a larger pool of water to control
Weakness: Areas of low rain take alot longer for this to work. If the seal is destroyed before it goes skyward, the jutsu fails.

Weakness: Umichi must keep her fans open to use the jutsu, attacking her to make her defend will end it most of the time.
