I've been rping for awhlie now, just new to this site. Gunter was just an idea I had when reading over everyone's already submitted applications, and trying to piece together my own. I like my characters to speak for themselves when it comes to things like backstories and what not. Thanks for the interest though. *bear hugs*

“Not much to talk about really. Rebellious bastard tossed out by his old man once he’d had enough. Ran odd manual labor jobs till I just get fed up with it. Had to be more to this world than just another building to tear down or farm to tend for the summer. So, I signed up for the army. Steady gig, good pay- had to get my attitude reigned in, but it was worth. Finally felt like I meant something to this world, and to my family. Ten years I served, making my way up to Staff Sergeant before finally ending my service. It wasn’t an easy decision, but with my father on his way out and my mother in a panic, I figured I’d tend to the family before moving on. My father passed away that following year, my mother a year after… I won’t lie, it shook me up pretty bad when I got the news. But, life goes on, and here I am. Can’t say I did much more with my life after all that- took a job at a local army depot and helped them repair whatever made it’s way to base.

Funny thing about being in the military, there is always someone who’s going to be pedaling something odd or hard to get. You want booze, they’ll get ya booze. Welcome!
It looks good, one thing I noticed was you missed out on the personality section. Although it's fairly obvious from your background his personality, but what if his different when you get to know him better for example? But yeah, your choice on how to do that.

Let me give you a bit more information on how the skills work, there are some skills which there are pre-reqs for, some of those pre-reqs are quests, weapon skill mastery or other (like dual blades requires fastest reaction time).
As you go up levels, you get more skill slots to equip (That's right, you equip skills). So, even if you have a mastery for, let's say, the weapon skill <<One-handed Sword>> if it is not equipped, they cannot use any one-handed sword skills.
At the moment, everyone has two skills they can equip, and can swap them with other skills, when they want to.
With weapon skills, you have one, such as <<Two-handed spear>>. You do not need more skill slots to equip the attack skills inside the <<Two-handed spear>> skill. As you master the skill, you will unlock more skills, such as <<Revolve Arts>> and <<Dancing Spear>>. You can use those skills freely, as long as the <<Two-handed spear>> skill is equipped with a two-handed spear equipped.

For our RP, mastery of skills and such will probably be fairly lenient. So don't worry about it too much, as long as it is reasonable. (So, don't use the bigger skills of that weapon skill until much later please)

They are in an inn in Geniku, which is a small town/village. Yes, they are in the inn, well they have just left it probably technically. Since you used the word city, I'd imagine you would be at the Town of Beginnings, the starting place, since the size is large enough to be classified as one. Well, there is also Fujiwara and Minako, I believe, are at Horunka Village (Since they only said next town, which, the closest one to The Town of Beginnings is Horunka)
And they are just outside the village. Well, it's up to you who you want to interact with @Leolycan
