Well, Fixers stick to themselves, so Naomi would have had to figure that out herself. But in the setting, hiding what she is, would be more normal than showing off. So I wouldn't think it would be that much a stretch really.
Crap.... that means I have even less time to finish Blade btw people Blade will likely enter the city right before the start by crusader XD his family will be joining him so.. yeah my chars will be all new for your chars...

I feel like Ruben could possibly have some sort of relationship with the Fixers, given that he is a quite talented tinkerer and would probably have needed them in order to get parts for his leg. They probably won't be friends, or even act as if they actually like each other, but they would have a professional sort of relationship. His power is the kind that he doesn't really need to hide, since it's not something he can use for anything but outright battle situations.
for 4 chars (blade and then his family), and I have a job, child and other rp's so... I have to work hard on this cause its hard for me to finish a char in 1 day (I started Blade like yesterday)
@Drake Baku Maybe you should just stick with one char, then? Don't bite over more than you can chew.
well for playing I can handle just fine its just that first I thought I had the time to work on the CS's a bit more relaxed, now we have a deadline XD
well with the two main char's done the other ones will be a bit more easier especially with the kids, they are young so I dont have a large history for them XD So then the issue will be how long will it take with the powers The boy will be easy I guess, the girl will be a 2 segment explanation, 1 power with 2 functions its mommy I have to think of the scientific matters a bit more unless.... so would something like a soul be accepted as existing matters in this world? if so then Seras her power will be a lot easier to explain XD
“I will hunt the hunter, show him the same fear he instills in others.”
Name: Jeff
Alias/Nickname: Silverwolf/ Wolf, Scout,
Age: 26
Sex: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
“I'll not stop until the city is safe once more.”
Appearance: 5'10, 180 lbs, average build with a semi muscular composure. Jeff has big powerful legs, broad shoulders, and a slightly tanned coloured olive based skin tone (he is a mix of Irish and Native American.) He has semi-long dirty blonde hair, often pulled back and loosely tied to keep it out of his face in combat, piercing green eyes, and a strong wide set jaw.
Height: 5'10/ 178cm
Weight: 180lbs/ 82KG
Body Type: Average build for the most part, but rather muscular (not bulky). He also has broad shoulders, well developed legs (noticably so) and no visible anomalies.
Distinguishing Marks: Many scars on his body, though most of them are many years old now. They are most concentrated on his arms, shoulders, and back.
Clothing Style:His attire varies in times of "rest", but would not stand out much among average people. Mostly dark jeans, button up shirts, the kind of thing an average person would wear. Also, mostly in dark colours.
He also has an outfit he wears specifically for battle, which is made entirely of deer leather with strategic points hardened through a process the ancient romans used to make it nearly as hard as steel. None of the joints are hardened, as it would restrict his movement too much.
“You'll not take me down so easily.”
Personality: Jeff is a confident and strong individual, who USUALLY thinks everything through before he acts. With others he is polite and relatively friendly, but he is naturally introverted so it takes effort. A definite Idealist, Jeff has no doubts that the Technopath can be taken down, and he believes fully that help will be coming from the outside eventually. He also has a total hero complex, and for good reason, but it can lead to some unwise decisions. He see's himself as the protector that needs to stand between the weak and the corrupt. Not for praise, or for approval in any way, but simply because of how he was raised to use his strength for the sake of others.
Biography: Jeff was raised in the city, though most of his youth was spent in the surrounding wilderness. His Parents were very interesting; both supers, though they hid this from nearly everyone. They were also both Historians, his father an expert in Eurasian warfare, and his mother a North American Native traditionalist. Jeff was taught many things outside of what was considered normal education as his father was a big believer that all knowledge would be useful eventually. He also respected the way things were done in the past and thought that knowledge should not be lost. Jeff had been brought up to push himself and gain abilities as much as he could; it was not an easy upbringing but it was pleasant and he was loved.
shortly before the Technopath showed up, Jeff's parents went looking for something. They knew trouble was coming and they believed they would be able to put a stop to it. Before they could return, the walls went up and they were stuck out there dealing with who knows what.
Jeff fully believes they will come back and put a stop to all of this, but in the meantime has committed himself to being the man his father would want him to be in that situation. He has since been fighting the Technopath's soldiers wherever and whenever he can.
Abilities: multiple styles of martial arts, apache knife fighting, archery, spear fighting, long sword, basic armory/smithing, wilderness survival (completely useless in the city), and basic first aid.
Powers: Enhanced physique- his physical capabilities are somewhat higher than a normal human could ever attain. (Faster, stronger, but not to extremes.) Foresight- he can see slightly into the future. It Is usually only a second or two, which gives him just enough time to react to most things.
“we must protect those who cannot protect themselves”

I would be fine with that.
And since I now have a few moments and everyone seems to like the Fixers:
The Fixers: They are a relatively small group. They were founded by Piper and four other people. Two of those have died. They've "carved" surface the city into Three zones. Piper has a Zone and so do the other two founders. Piper's scavenging zone is not in the zone where she resides. To keep each other safe they all use code names. Pipe keeps track of about 30 Fixers. They are encouraged for their own safety not to induct any mutants into the Fixers. (But that doesn't mean they wont help them.) Every so often the founders of the Fixers get together, pool what they have, and gauge their next move. The end goal for the Fixers is escaping the city. But until that point they strive to gain/maintain power sources. Fixers do not actively go against the Crusaders or the Technopath. However indirect action that cannot be traced back to an individual is not discouraged. They are, after all, scavengers, not warriors.
I finally finished my character sheet and I'm ready to talk character relations :) So if you like Italian food you've probably been to Kat's dad's restaurant once or twice, so she could know any of you guys. Not a long shot by any means XD
@Shanks Finally! Someone that Jacques might at least somewhat get along with! :) Jeff is all good. He's accepted.
@Blue Demon I thought that I mentioned it in the OP, but now realize that I forgot; They don't actually know where exactly the Technopath is. He's hiding, since he, himself, is not really a match for most other supers; without his "inventions" (in this case the Crusaders), he's very vulnerable. Since there are people around that could sneak past the Crusaders and straight into his "bedroom" and smother him in his sleep, he's smart enough to not take any chances. I'll add to the OP that his actual whereabouts are unknown, but he is assumed to be inside the city.
@dreamingflowers Nifty power she's got there. She might be the one that eventually discovers where the Technopath is actually hiding. If you listen really well, you'll be able to hear the gears turning in my mind xD Just to be sure, but not that it would have any effect on whether or not she is accepted; Is she an actual, participating member of the Resistance, or does she just "help them out", in a similar fashion to Piper? No matter what, she's accepted.

I didn't know that. I assumed he was lording it over them in some sort of fortress. (I read too many fantasy novels. Haha.) I'll make sure to remember that.
