I'd like to apply for CO-GM.

Or if you already have someone, I'd want to join as a character. I have a sheet ready, just have to fit the story. The guy is a physicist, and his power is bioelectrical signal manipulation inside the bodies of people, to unlock the full potential of the human body. There's quite a bit of details I've written up, but the guy basically can push himself slightly beyond human capability in all physical parameters (not simultaneously) and can also induce fast regeneration in himself or in others.

Officer Shark

Name: Officer Franklin Shark
Age: 23
Personality: Frank Shark is not a calm person. He is prone to bursts of rage, as is to be expected of any shark-related super. However, he does have a rather good handle on this, keeping his rage focused on his work (enforcing the law) and is going to anger management classes twice a week.

Frank is also a bit... Slow, in regards to the educational aspect, and therefore a little bit gullible. Many a new recruit to the force has been 'hazed' by being told to mess with Shark in some way. He doesn't get it, which is probably better for everybody.

Occupation: Mutant Enforcement Officer
Other/Bio: Franklin Shark was born the way he is now, looking like a half man, half shark creature. His parents thought it to be a cruel joke, as Shark was in fact their last name: Jonathan and Andrea Shark. Franklin had a very comfortable childhood, as his father was the co-founder of the Poole-Shark Chalk Supply Company, and therefore was able to afford accommodations for his son's... Special needs.

When Franklin was discovered by the authorities, during an investigation into his dad's illegal loan racket, he was offered a choice: Be set free in the ocean or start going to a normal human school like a normal human student. As Frank was not aware that his shark-form was abnormal at the time, he chose the school option.

He graduated near (though not at) the top of his class from his high school and immediately enrolled in the police academy. He wanted to bring the hammer(head)s of justice to the sea of crime that washed over the USA.

I have a question. Your sheet seems to have a contradiction. At first you say that he's not the brightest in the educational department but towards the end you say that he graduated near the top of his class. So is he slow with a brutish one track mindset or is he highly intelligent or was there four people in his class and he was the third smartest?

Well education has nothing to do with having a one track mindset. Like you can't be dumb or lack intelligence and be above average in regards to your peers unless they're all slow as well. It does make more sense for him to be dumb. I was thinking of joining but that was a question of mine.

Well I was thinking that since the majority of us are cops and silver spooned rich kids, there could be a party that gets busted and we could meet in a cell block

That still leaves out Mika though since men and women are segregated in prison. Unless it's a special mutant prison that's unisex for some reason.

What if at the party that the cops are busting, everyone gets busted by the Big Bad (Department of Genetically Identified and Surviellance Handlers. Otherwise known as the DOGIS Handler's, or The Doggy's Handlers. Or the scary term: The Dogs.

Well the idea there is more... He doesn't have common sense. He's able to do good work and whatnot, but his mind isn't very good at processing info.

That sounds good. That would give everyone a common enemy in The Dogs of the Mutant Registration act. Although, I can see the two of us going the way of Proffesor X and Magneto given that Mika would most definitely take advantage of the opportunity to party with Ashmore and become friends in the process. Actually I was hoping to work out some kind of history with our characters sort of like friends from different worlds. It would give Mika more of a connection to the movement instead of just running off and using her powers to steal whatever she wants, which is basically what she would do if she didn't have someone to balance out her criminal nature.
