So with the recent post of beginning the IC I was thinking that we introduce our characters and have them all getting ready for the rave in some fashion. From the rave we can interact for a little while which would give partial reason for them to attempt to escape the Dogs, which i'll also be setting up.

Also, as far as initial introductory posts go and then your second and so forth posts go, i'd like it if you waited at least for two others to post before you.

Yeah, I'm kind of at a loss for the first post as well. Who are these Dogs?

Nobody yet, it's the street term for the Department of Genetically Identified Surviellance Operations/Operators (DOGIS Operators/Doggy Handlers/Dogs) The Dogs are a field team of the Department with the mission to bag and tag potentially dangerous mutants, whether they are dangerous power-wise, politically, or by other means. But when so many of gather under one roof, they will have to take action. The man with the envelope in the first I made is part of said operation, while the politician is kind of like a Director.

At the moment, the public is unaware of The Department's existance, the only clues are unconnected missing persons reports

It's just a rave, if a mutant attends it's completely by coincidence. You don't have to be at the rave to get caught, you could already be caught. I was just thinking that everyone would converge either in transport to the Doghouse (HQ) or actually their. I'm going to have a sheet up shortly of our Big Bad so there's no confusion.

The Department of Genetically Identified Surviellance Operations.

The above image is the Department insignia tattooed on Operatives' necks. Operatives are plain clothes wearing agents. Your next door neighbor could be an agent and you would never know it.

Mission Statement: First priority is to be aware of the Mutant Situation, if the situation gets out of hand, deal with it.

Tactical Agent Attire:

a suit comprised of cheap, yet durable armor. It is fireproof, water proof, temperature resistant, and impact resistant. It contains a HUD that provides the user with all visual spectrums and the helmet contains radio uplink to all tactical agents in the field. The suit also has the ability to provide the wearer with enhanced strength via electronic systems that allow the suit to take care of 90% of the weight being used. In the event that an agent is incapacitated by any means, a remote explosive within the suit will detonate in a five foot radius within a 60 second time limit, destroying any evidence of the Department or it's activities. All Tactical Squads are afforded lethal response at their leisure.

Standard Weaponry:
Each Squad is equipped with standard military gear, and in the event that what they carry isn't enough, they call in a drone strike that levels the area in a one block radius.
