That is a thing that must happen for the PRK.

It would be particularly funny if that was our first plane a few years down the line, just skip the propeller age entirely

Yeah, that plane is just amazing. It's literally just a an engine and wings.
The pilot also happens to be sitting in one of the wings and right above the jet powerplant.
Then again, Lippisch is the inventor of the Me 163 Komet, AKA the rocket fighter which tended to blow up more times during takeoff than blowing up enemy planes.

The most recent armed conflict involving tanks and such absolutely decimating traditional armies would probably be Tin's occupation of the Zanjir. As will be elaborated in the IC, the natives resisted the (supposedly) friendly missionaries and colonists, and stole some civilian-class firearms. The Sultan then proceeded to send in tanks and soldiers equipped with flamethrowers and military-grade weaponry, so it was an absolute massacre. That would have been a few years ago, currently Tin has only fully gained control of a few large islands and there are several more that they claim but have yet to actually subjugate and colonize.

Keep in mind that Tin is trying to keep as much information about this as possible from reaching the ears of foreign countries, both because they don't want others to realize how many resources the islands have and rush to colonize, and because Tin has been doing some pretty egregious violations of human rights. Of course, since Yllendthyr seems to be interested in the islands as well, it's reasonable to say that they somehow found out about these events.

I do not have tanks...

Yo dawg, we herd you don't got tanks. Well, today be yo lucky day, cause we got tanks. We got tanks for days. You want tanks? Bam. You got tanks. Tell you what. Boom. Now you got tanks that carry tanks. Look at that. Now you can go to war, while you go to war.

In all seriousness, making a trade pact with Eisenkreis is not nearly as difficult as it is made out to be, you just really have to gain the trust of Marianna, and there happens to be a really easy way to do that. I'll give you a hint. Make friends with Csilla.

So..to make friends with Eisenkries you have to make friends with Marianna by making friends with Csilla...

I'm lost already.

You mention that for all their hatred of outsiders, they are looking for someone to import oil from. Guess who already is in the business by selling oil to KalMea and Ventium, and who would probably really want a friend over on that continent?

Hey, no, you don't want to side with that camp. Kataylabinsk has all the oil you need, and we also have Fyurock, which is like... explosive napalm.

Plus us and Avalia are the only countries with a female head of state. #sisterhood

My people will be very angry if you remove the only oil importer of Tiqsimuyu e.e and we have a lot of oil recently discovered in our lands

Oh definitely, oil is something that Eisenkreis will always have a need for. Tonks for oil is a pretty fair trade, and even Marianna wouldn't say no to that.

Basically, Marianna is chaotic and prone to executing diplomats, while Csilla is a stabilizing force to her madness. Having good relations with Kzechverin is a bit of a buffer to the whole distrust of outsiders, as the princess follows in the diplomatic traditions of the nation. Whispered words of kindness go a lot farther than saber rattling and threats, and that is how Csilla keeps the peace between Eisenkreis and their neighbors. So basically, getting in good with the princess means you are automatically worth listening to by Marianna, and much less prone to being thrown out a window. Which Marianna has done, granted, the Arisovian diplomat deserved it, but still.

<Snipped quote by Alfhedil>

Would this count as a sign of friendship?

Alright, I had a giggle xD I mean, there's not really much that Kzechverin could do against tanks, but still xD

Oh hey. There is that. That fyurock.... I have these images of tanks with flamethrower turrets. #sisterhood indeed.

To female leaders, I have this to say:

@Murtox

Well you already hate Tin because they're imperialist, plus you are with Yllendthyr. So Tin would love to steal your business, though whether Eisenkreis would even want to jump into this bucket of worms is another question.

Me and Cyclone are much more valuable. I'm mega-industrialized and can make anything, and he can provide me with all the natural resources to make it.

Besides, Kallabs are great!

Except for the fact that both of them want to convert you to their crazy nutso-religions so that all of your people become loyal to their heads of state.

They like to leave that detail out.

Seeing as Eisenkreis is far away and probably has yet to interact with Tin, I think it's fitting that we start with no agreement. As this goes on and Tin looks for a foothold in that continent (and more allies) perhaps they will try to establish trade.

Granted our best buddies KalMea hate you, but if they managed to put up with a nation like Tin that invaded them in the past and is insane, they could probably warm up to you.

That's not how it works, I suppose.
The only reason his nation has better relations with Yllendthyr because I don't burn rifle-armed rebels with flamethrower tanks.

Well, Tin gets pissed off if you deny missionaries but that doesn't instantly make them hate you. Look at Ventium.

And I think the Kallabs are much less aggressive about spreading theirs, and Kals probably wouldn't turn into terrorists/spies like Ajdars do.

Oh, speaking of religion. Kzechverin is beyond tolerant, and would be open to pretty much anyone coming through and spreading their religion. I like to think of them as a bit of a melting pot, so feel free to say that some religion or another has a presence there.

Oh it's perfectly understandable that any reasonable nation that doesn't trade with Tin would hate them. They're kind of a menace...

But he did say that his nation didn't like nations that go around colonizing (Tin) and being even slightly friendly with the Yllendthyr-PRK-Avalia circle will make Tin dislike them back.
