【Personality】
Chihiro is a natural flirt. She'll call people 'hun' or 'hot stuff' even if she barely knows them. Nothings wrong with a compliment, even if she's complimenting the enemy. Compliments tend to make others feel good about themselves, so whats wrong with that? A bad thing about this though is that people generally read too deep into her flirtatious ways, and often get disappointed when they find out she's not trying to lure them into her bed. As long as theres no touchy touchy, there will be no smacky smacky.
Now Chihiro has a lack of patience. It can be seen as a negative trait in many aspects. But when it comes down to it, Chihiro doesn't like to wait or be waiting on other people. She has this weird thing with regret. The 'I wish I did this when I had a chance' is almost like a pet peeve of hers. She doesn't want to have thoughts like that, and it pushed her to being impulsive or spontaneous if you want to call it; so obviously she would come to develop impatience with that mindset. She'll burst into meetings or disrupt your heart to heart, it doesn't matter to her when you've kept her waiting long enough. She actually admires people who have patience, this is probably why she likes hippies. Because aww heyy maaan, everything's all cool with them.
When Chihiro sets her eyes on something she will become determined to get it. Whether learning a new trick or technique or to simply gain something from someone. It would take some rather large emotional strain to kill her determination inside. This determination inside of her will push her forwards to stand up for herself or for another. Sometimes her action displayed while being determined are described as 'Bold'. Chihiro has learned that she can achieve great things through her determination. With that she still clings onto this determination to overcome obstacles and challenges.
【History】
Chihiro's birth is something of...well mystery. She is in fact a bastard child, and because of this, she is greatly covered up. Being the clan leaders daughter, she is a half blood, but she received the full bloods Byakugan. However, because of who her mother was, she was quickly taken away from the Hyūga Estate, and taken far, very far, with her bastard mother. With that, they wanted to put away with the rumors that the great Iwao had slept with another women, and it was greatly deniable from then on, as there were no records of the girls birth. Nor did anyone speak up the fact that the child was born, and like that, the little baby girl's existence was erased.
Well not erased from the other Hyūga, which they refused to let her existence be erased. Her two uncles, left the main estate and left on a mission, only to fake their disappearance. They did this, in order to start training the little girl when she started to show great promise, and promise she did show. Meanwhile, her older siblings had begun their training much to late, it had seemed, that a cruel joke by life was being played. Their prodigy child was a half blood and it burned Koyuki deeply, but they tried as much as they could to meet their fathers standards.
While the struggled, Chihiro was evident to be the Clan Leaders daughter, she quickly picked up gentle fist with ease and it seemed it was almost effortless to use her Byakugan, and for a long time, it seemed like everything was fine with how her life was going. Or so that's what it was, but tragedy soon struck Chihiro's life for the first time, it's not quite said or even thought, but in the middle of the night Manami, Chihiro's mother, was killed. It was not said how it happened and even Takeo and Katsu said there was no way it could have happened the way it did. However, it did happen, and with her mother gone, the only ones to take care of her were Takeo and Katsu, and this is how she became who she is now.
With no mother figure in the picture, she asked Takeo and Katsu to train her 24/7, and because of this, she soared past her older brother and sister. Even Iwao admitted that his eldest two were weak compared to her, and it was even more evident when the two came to visit Chihiro. With words like that from their father, they wanted to teach her a lesson, really prove that she didn't have it. But of course, she beat both of them single handedly and nonetheless in front of Iwao. After that, they always were in her shadow, and because of this, they became extremely reckless. And so, when Chihiro turned 13, her sister and brother were on a mission, and turned up dead.
Because of the death of the two Eldest and next in lines to be the Clan Leader, Chihiro was the next and only one. Koyuki refused to except her existence, but Iwao was forced to bring her out of hiding and introduced her and his daughter, full daughter, not the bastard child Koyuki thought of her to be. At first, Chihiro was excited, after becoming a genin, she thought that she would be closer to her father, but her step mother made sure that wouldn't happen. In fact, it seemed as if she was hellbent on making sure that Iwao never spent any time with Chihiro and borderline ignore and because of this, even know, Chihiro has tried her hardest to get noticed by her father.

【Fighting style】
In terms of her fighting style, she uses speed to overwhelm her opponent, with quick jabs and kicks. She wants to keep her opponent stuck in defence as much as possible, and when they try to attack, she looks for the openings and strikes. Like a snake, she will strike and recoil so that she may lunge again. She uses her speed to overtake her opponents, trying to exhaust their mind and defenses. Though this initial form of attacking seems reckless and overzealous, it is actually well planned. She maps out each opponent before the actual engagement, using the cruel cunning she developed as a Hyūga, and plans her assault accordingly.
Because of being a Hyūga, she is mostly a Taijutsu user, with a bit of Ninjutsu of course, but she is generally a close range fighter.
