Alex Rodriguez
Garden
Alex liked the solitude and being with his thoughts, but thoughts had a funny way of turning on you and making what would be a beautiful day into a nightmare. He knew this first hand as he had plenty of time with his thoughts, he would be fine one moment then his thoughts would turn on him causing him to relive his past. When that happened he wished there was someone that understood his treacherous mind, not many knew about the pain of growing up with people who hated you. But he would never wish that on anyone, not even his worst enemy. No one will want you, a broken and disfigured thing. His mind whispered to him, he knew that he needed to find something to distract him until this passed.
He took some seeds from a bird feeder to see if he could get some birds to land and eat from his hand. He had the patients for it but that left too much time for thinking, so he kept walking. That was when he noticed two young men talking or in the very least one trying to talk while the was shutting him out. Alex could tell the one who yelled "teme" had some mental scars, anyone could see that, or maybe that was just him. Maybe only the broken could see the broken. He watched them for a moment longer before unzipping his black and red leather hoodie jacket and walking over to them. He wanted to see how they would react to his scars, maybe the little one wouldn't care but then he might. Alex didn't care though, he just walked up.
He stood next to the tall one, but didn't say anything, just stood there for a moment. He then slowly crouched and gave the small mouse a seed he took from the bird feeder, he gently stroked the little mouse's head before looking up at the owner of the mouse. He didn't talk, seeing that the young man wasn't one for talking, and he could respect that. A small came to his lips, not a mocking smile, but one that understood and respected the person infront of him. Alex slowly stood, but while doing so he reached out and plucked a flower from the garden. He studied the Chelone, it was pretty with its white-ish pink bloom and sweet sent. He looked over at the taller boy and handed the flower to him, "For you." He said softly.
Alex hoped that he wasn't being to weird, but he needed a distraction from his mind.

Gabriel Sallak
Cafe
Gabriel hated this place, for one they housed the female student body in another dorm away from the guys and two they had this weird Match Program. Like what the hell, they expect us to just be okay with someone telling us who to love? He thought angrily as he walked down towards the cafe. He hated the idea of never being able to flirt with another girl or worse, never being able to bed another girl. That idea scared him the most, he liked girls and alot of girls liked him, not that many could resist his charms. With that said his charms have gotten him into trouble, but then they also got him out of trouble. So it was a double edged sword, but it was one that he liked to play with.
Once at the cafe, he got himself a coffee and sat down at a window seat. As he sipped the hot beverage, he wondered when the last time he got some. Three or four days? Dear lord! That's the longest I have ever been without! He thought feeling a little horrified and deprived of the one thing that he felt that he needed. He often wondered if he was part Incubus, considering that he often felt that he needed sex or anything along those lines as he sometimes felt sick or at least weakened if he went too long with out it. It was a thought that often bugged him, but then he didn't truly mind being half Incubus as it lead to mind blowing love making with the girls. And if they said that they didn't enjoy it, they were lying as he could tell that he rocked their world. He also knew that they would never find someone that could give it to them like he could.
A small smile came to his lips at that thought, he just hoped that he could find someone soon that he could bed as there was an uneasiness in his stomach. Yup, I have to be part Incubus. He confirmed in his head, as he continued to sip his coffee and watch as people passed by. Maybe he would meet someone, a girl to be exact, that he could romance for a while. He just hoped that he wouldn't be matched anytime soon.
