Sorry for being a little late with my post today. I've been a little under the weather... Aaaaaand now I've gone a little overboard with this post! Also, I've added a little bit of extra info to my character sheet. I'm planning to add the Hoppip to Matthew's party... Kinda. Also, I decided that it's be pretty cool if after all that Hope ends up with a bit of a fear of bug Pokemon. Just thought I'd give you the heads up!

Also, I just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be away from my computer this weekend. I should have my iPad to post on, but I often find that posts I make on it are a little less elegant and a little shorter. I should still be able to post though, so don't worry about that!

Great additions you made to Matthew's sheet, I like how you gave Hope a fear of bug pokemon after she got attacked by Beedril.
The character tab is really neat like that, we can use it to keep track of things that happen during the story. Like Hope's fear of bug pokemon and any new pokemon we catch or "acquire" like hoppip :)

He's soooo cute! I think Rose is totally going to steal him from you. Kidding XD

I'm sorry I haven't posted yet. I didn't get the opportunity to sit down and take some time to write.
Tomorrow is also quite the busy day for me but I'll have time to post in the evening. Hopefully that's okay.

Anyways where do you think Matthew's going to go? I feel like Rose will try to talk to him, to make him see things aren't as bad and will get better eventually. He just has to get through a rough patch first.
Also do you have any ideas on what kind of pokemon Colton(Rose's oldest brother) would have caught for his sister?
I was thinking a fighting type maybe, she'll probably won't use it much and end up returning it to him but still.

I was thinking he would just wander back to the Pokemon center and try to find a phone there in an attempt to call home. As for the Pokemon, it depends on what you want. If you want something unsuited to Rose, I'd say a fire or fighting Pokemon... No idea on species though.

I was so tired, I have been baking cake and pastry for most of the day with my niece. It was fun but not five hours straight XD

Hey you know it's fine don't worry about it. I've had the same feeling especially with a few of my shorter posts a while back. A lot of the time it's not as bad as you may think. We don't always need to post huge posts with lot's of stuff happening. It's casual so let's keep the pressure low.
I've been really enjoying myself so far and I'm having a lot of fun with this roleplay. I'd like to post more often but hopefully once every other day will keep things running smoothly. I always post when I can and I don't keep you waiting for fun. Just to let you know :)

I had this idea for the next few posts. What if we battle some of the trainers in the gym first? Like the games, where you face off against a couple of trainers before challening the gym leader. It would give me the opportunity to let Budew evolve at least. I will post regardless tomorrow but that gives you some time to consider it. I'd like to know what you think ^.^

That sounds like fun! Something along the lines of Brock won't battle is until we prove ourselves against some of his underlings? On the subject of stuff for the future, I had an idea for something we could do in Mt. Moon. I was thinking we could kinda take from what happens from the games with a villain team (Team Rocket or whoever else) trying to harvest fossils? I had the idea for a rival-esque character for Matthew who used a fossil pokemon and was on an evil team, kinda like his own Jessie and James.

I have half my post done right now and I still want to add part of my first battle with one of the gym trainers. It is extremely hot this evening and my brain is practically melting XD

The weather has been really crazy today, it's like 30 degrees Celsius and we've had a rough thunderstorm just an hour ago.
Also I liked your idea about Mt Moon, it's an awesome setting and we can really get some fun stuff going there. I'm looking forward to meet the bad guy ;)

I got my post up finally but I left out the battle part because it was rubbish. I'm rewriting it again since I want to have Budew evolve during the battle. But I left it open so you could join in and go first, I'll continue to write the battle anyway so I can post it whenever it's appropriate.

I was thinking it could be fun if one of us plays the other trainer? So it would be like a real pokemon battle sort to speak, where you respond instead of having a pre determined victory. Obviously we'll win but it could be more fun this way :)
We don't have to do that everytime of course but like I said it may be fun ^.^
