[IC] Sein Academy(Fantasy Roleplay)

The headmistress smirked and moved her hands, a barrier forming before them, her other hand twisting and easily moving Enna's still struggling body in front of where the ball of fire was heading. Her crimson eyes flashed and a burst of ice formed before her, the ropes tightening and a whine escaping her bloodstained maw as she attempts to wrap power around herself, another whine escaping when she's shaken twice.

"Too bad I can't, have you not noticed your the only ones of your kind? The powers you control are rare and sought after? I tried with this one and managed to get a read on it before her little episode. Sad really, I had more hopes for her..." the ropes vanish to be instantly replaced by spears, a chocked whine escapes Enna as they pierce her fur and snap the collar around her neck. Her head shifts to one side as her struggles weaken, crimson seeping from the solid light spears now in her flesh, Jason and James surge to their feet and roar, violet flames slam into the barrier again and again as they race forward and slam themselves in the barrier.

We're leaving, she'll destroy us if we stay, Adrian get Enna, we need to move before we kill them James snarled backing away and slamming his power against the shield, Jason jumps back, a roar filling the air as he focuses his power into one large ball. James pulls back and does the same, adding his flame 5o his brothers.

Move we'll distract them Jason whispers softly, Enna stirs slightly and her words nearly cause both to loose thier concentration.

I'll be good...let me out...it hurts..let me out... Enna weakly shifts, her power fading as hee eyes close once more, her body seeming to shrink as the headmistress waves a hand and another spear appears, this time aimed for her neck.

"Time to sleep little wolf..." She sing-ssing-songs as she begins to make her way towards Enna, both twins release their fireballs and take off. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian crashed full tilt into the barrier, grunting in pain as he slammed against it. He roared at her, snarling, turning back to Enna. His heart fell to the pit of his stomach at the sight of the spears piercing her body, rage flowing through his veins a moment afterward. He was barely able to make sense of the words entering his head, his teeth snapping together. The spear at her throat almost had him lunging, but he knew he had to wait. He had to wait for the twins to distract her. That was it. They were going to distract her with the fireballs. His body quivered, and right when their power was released, he lunged. His paws wrapped around her, landing heavily down on his back feet to protect her. He needed her on his back to be able to run. He couldn't shift. He wouldn't be fast enough, not that he was even able to shift. He set her down breifly, and after a quick struggle managed to get her on his back.

He raced forward, his claws digging up clumps of soil in the process. He was hoping she wasn't unconscious and could do enough to hold on. But without that knowledge, he was stuck with going a fraction of his speed. He couldn't risk her falling off. He steered himself in the direction that the twins were heading, glancing back to check on Enna and see if he was being followed. @Arista

Enna twitched slightly, her slowly shrinking body releasing a small burst of power, the croaking fading from her eyes until they were once again ice blue, the twins slowed and flanked Adrian on either side, Jason stopping to release quick fire fireballs at the nearing forms of the headmistress and Custos.

We need to find a place to hide, her body's trying to heal itself, however it's doing it differently then normal. She'll be stuck momentarily in this form until she's fully healed, she's a pup basically. She'll be fine in a few days though, we need to move, Jason? James called softly, his tail flicking as his brother appears at his side.

Their distracted for now, the trail of blood their no doubt trying to track is just a trick, it'll vanish soon so we need to move. Run full out Adrian, she's holding on Jason whispered before lunging forward, James following their black coats easily blending into the dark forest, the sound of lightening from above drawing a soft whimper from Enna.

A small shiver ran down his spine as her power burst out, but it quickly disappeared. The area around him was almost uncomfortably hot, his eyes narrowed as he focused on running forward. He quickly oriented himself, placing down landmarks so he knew where he was and where he needed to go. He easily dodged around the trees, his head lowered slightly. As the two slid up next to them, he glanced at them, keeping up his current pace. He listened to them, eyes narrowed slightly. A sound of relief escaped him as he was told that she was holding on, his stride lengthening, speeding up rapidly. He covered ground, easily dodging around trees, when an idea popped into his head.

Follow me, I know somewhere safe that we can go to. She looked after me after the attack. He pressed forward, glad to have a destination in mind. He took off at a zigzagging path, wanting to make a straight line to the location, but wanting to try to make it harder on potential perusers to follow him. The house was quite a distance away from the academy, so he knew that this would probably be good. Unless if what's her face knows where he went before the academy. His paws pounded into the ground, ears pinned back flat against his head.

After a solid 10 minutes of a dead run, the house appeared in his line of sight. He slowed as he approached it, panting softly. The house was of an older style, tucked within the woods away from prying eyes. He had passed out not too far from the house that day. He looked back in the general direction of the academy, his ears perking up, listening carefully for any odd sounds. @Arista

Both twins slowed and listened to the silence around them, their noses testing the air as they pant slightl from the long run. Enna's soft whine has both tensing and snapping their gazes on her, soft whines escsping them as they get a good look at their friend.

She was now the size of a small pup, her fur stiff with dried blood, her little body shivering from either cold or exhaustion they couldn't tell. Moving forward they gently nuzzled her small body and featured with a flick of their snouts to the door.

Let's get inside They state in unison, moving forward and hesitantly sniffing the air once more. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian looked back at her, blinking in surprise at the size difference. He knew that the twins told him, but he wasn't really expecting this. He gently kicked her head, his eyes softening slightly. When they said they should enter, he nodding, taking the lead as he made his way up to the door. Stopping in front of it, he bumped his head a few times on the door, loud enough for it to sound akin to a knock on the door. A minute or so later, some shuffling sounded behind the door, it unlocking before it opened, revealing a women in her late 60s, early 70s. Confusion formed breifly on her face, as she looked at the four animals in front of her, before a gasp of shock escaped her, recognizing the sabertooth.

"Adrian? Is that really you? Come inside! All of you look worn to pieces." Her voice was soft and sweet, a caring tone interlaced in her words. As she stepped out of the way, Adrian stepped inside, rubbing his head gently against her leg in gratitude, waking inside, retracting his claws. He could feel the questioning gaze on him, but he chose to ignore it for now. He walked down a small hall to the living room, stepping inside the room. Once there, he reached back, extremely carefully lifting Enna from his back and setting her down on the coffee table. He looked around slightly, analyzing the room. Not much has changed, it looked relatively the same as it had when he had left. He turned back to Enna, gently licking her, wanting to get her clean. @Arista

Enna whines softly, her eyes opening to reveal ice-blue that were clouded with confusion, hurt, exhaustion and unease, her little nose scenting the air. James and Jason followed slowly, eyes scanning the house as they entered the living room, their gaze instantly locking on Enna's small form as she attempts to stand but only manages to twitch and whine softly. They move to sit beside the far window, body's tense with lingering unease, eyes scanning the town below as the sky darkens further and rain pours from the sky. The faint burst of controlled power they release has the metal collars falling to the wooden floor with a soft thunk, they lower themselves to their bellies and watch as Enna begins t shake once more. Blood still freely seeping from the wounds, the streak of lightening that flashed through the sky had both boys huffing softly and closing their eyes. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian whined softly at Enna, his tongue rasping a few more times over her fur, wanting to get her clean and comfortable. He didn't want her to be covered in blood, he knew that she hated the feel of the blood inside her fur. He gently nuzzled her softly, his eyes soft and filled with worry.

The women made her way into the room, scanning the ragtag group of kids. She wished to question them about the state they were in, but new that it is not the time for it now. As she walked closer to Adrian, her eyes studied the little pup in front of him, realizing with a start that was was cover in blood. With a small gasp, she disappeared from the room. Within a few minutes she returned, a set of rags on her arm, a bowl of warm water in her hands. He moved opposite of Adrian, setting the bowl and the rags down on the table settling herself on the sofa. She got one of the rags wet with the water, and began to work on cleaning the blood off of the pup, her wrinkled hands gentle on the poor wolf, sadness pooled in her eyes. She then made a small tisk sound, realizing that she was still bleeding from multiple spots. @Arista

Enna stilled completely, her eyes snapping to the woman gently cleaning her fur, her maw pulled back slightly to reveal her teeth, a weak threat seeing as her body could barely move and her eyes were closing on their own. Her eyes scanned the room and landed on the twins, closing she releases a long breath through her snout. She wanted to sleep.

Both raised their heads and purred softly as Enna's small head fell back on the table, her eyes closing had their own following, they aren't as badly injured, but having used so much power they felt drained. @SomeoneSomewere

The women gently shushed her, continuing with her cleaning until she had gotten most of the blood out of the fur. Then, one by one, she placed a hand over the wounds, a look of concentration on her face as she stopped them from bleeding. By the time she had finished, her shoulders sagged, tired from the effort it took to fix the bleeding. She cleaned her up a little bit more before sitting back, appearing satisfied by her work.

Adrian stood up, walking around the table to be beside the women, purring softly as he rubbed his head against her head in thanks, before turning and gently lifting Enna off the table like a mother would do to it's young, gently setting her down again on the floor, before curling up around her, planning on protecting her from whatever happened and keeping her warm. He hoped it would help her feel safe. @Arista

Both twins rose and slowly made their way to Adrian and Enna, passing to bow their heads in thanks, turning and moving to the sabertooth they hesitated before them.

May we? They asked softly, ears lowered and tails curling around their flanks, their eyes blinking sleepily as they fight sleep. Enna rolls to her side and sighs softly, her eyes closing and sleep taking her, the storm continuing to rage outside. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian looked up, his gaze turning to the twins and he lifted his head. His head was tilted slightly and he thought, May you what? He unwrapped himself slightly from around Enna.

The women stood, taking the bowl and rags with her, leaving the group to themselves for now. But she had many questions floating around her head, she would just wait to ask in the morning when they were well rested and didn't appear like they would fall over and pass out on the spot. @Arista

They shifted forward and wrapped themselves together, their tense muscles relaxing as they listen to the steady beat of Enna's heart fills their ears.

May we join you? They murmur softly as their eyes close and they follow their friend into sleep, Enna shifts slightly in her sleep and curls into a ball, a happy sigh escaping her lips as she continues to sleep. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian nodded in response as they rephrased their question to him. He rested his head down on his paws, eyes closing. He struggled to go to sleep, still on edge and restless. He blamed himself for what happened to Enna, feeling that if he just stayed and not when inside he could have protected her and stopped anything from happening. As he thought, his fur bristled slightly, still angry at all that had happened. @Arista

Enna whines and shuffles over in her sleep, her small body stilling when she ends up beside Adrian, a sigh escaping her snout as she relaxes and drifts off once more.

'S not your fault Ad... She whispers softly before allowing herself to drift off once more.

~Morning~
James and Jason stand and stretch, moving towards the back door and scratch lightly at it to be out. Enna jerks and rolls over on her side, quickly and easily running toward the twins, easily jumping and landing on James' back.

They all wait for the door to open so they can use the bathroom, the storm still raging outside. @SomeoneSomewere

He turned his head, gently letting his tongue rasp over her head, as she spoke to him, before resting his head down on his paws. He slowly drifted off into a fitful sleep.

Adrian was wide awake by the time the twins woke up. He didn't get as much sleep as he had hoped for. He was plagued with nightmares during the night, what sleep he had managed to get was barely considered restful. He hadn't had that bad of nightmares for a few weeks. He watched the twins rise to their feet, almost simultaneously. He looks down at Enna, smiling softly at her sleeping form. He blinked back in shock as she raced after them, before shaking his head in amusement.

He pulled himself to his feet, hearing them scratch at the back door. He walked forward, meeting them at the back door. He reared up on his back legs, placing a paw on the door. With his other, he unlocked the door, before leaning off of it to open the door enough. He then landed back on his paws, pushing the door open with his muzzle the rest of the way. It was a trick he taught himself when he used to live here, not wanting to wait for the door to be opened. @Arista

Jason and James purred softly in thanks before lunging into the pouring rain, their coats helping them blend in with the small patch of tress that were near the back door. Enna paused before following, her ears twitching from side to side as her nose scents the air, her little tail slowly lowering when she caught no familiar scent. Gently brushing her side against Adrian's she licks the closest part -his chin- before dropping back to her four paws and taking off, the twins purrs easily guiding her to where they were.

The storm continued to rage, all three returned a few moments later dripping wet and slightly annoyed. The twins shook off and paused before entering, shaking their paws of the water and mud on them before racing back inside, Enna remains near the back door but hesitates to enter, slight pain racing though her body as the wounds once again open, her eyes widening as a phrase from one of the books she'd read filters through her mind.

Light is an ability to sooth and heal, however if it is used to harm, the wounds will open two to three more times before ceasing and finally allowing the person to heal

Enna whines softly as she sways on her paws, her head spinning as the smell of copper fills with the smell of rain and trees. Her legs give and she finds herself on her side, pain racing up and down her spine as her healing tries and fails to help the wounds. Her eyes close as another lower whimper escapes her lips. @SomeoneSomewere

Adrian watched the two disappear into the rain, lowering himself into haunches, staying out of the water. He lowered his head as Enna reached for him, gently brushing his head against her body, watching her disappear into the downpour of water. His ears were perked, ears twitching slightly as he listened to the area around them. He took a deep breath, his claws scraping over the wood floor slightly.

As they approached again, he stood and stepped to the side, allowing them to pass. When Enna stopped however, he frowned at her in confusion. As she whined, he quickly stepped over, smelling her quickly. With no time the all to familiar smell of blood hit him, his lips pulling back from his teeth in anger with the headmistress. He vowed that he would kill her for all that she had done go her. He picked her up gently as she fell into her side, quickly trotting back into the living room and setting her down on the table, licking gently at the wounds, whining softly, wishing for them to stop bleeding. @Arista

Enna weakly thrashed, her legs moving in an attempt to run from something, her eyes rolling under her twitching eyelids as she struggles to pull away from the nightmare she'd slipped into. She whined and kept it going, her fur bristling as the feel of long fingers ran though her fur, her snarl weak in her own ears. The wolfsbane bars had her wincing and attempting to pull away, only to whimper when the finger tighten and pull, Enna whines once more and weakly tries to stand on her feet.

It hurts...why are you doing this...I'll be good... She whispers softly as she tries once more to stand on her wobbly feet. Pain raised up her spine and had flames lixking at her sides as she tries to force her healing away as it tires once more and fails to stop the bleeding, her eyes open and she stares blankly ahead. Her breathing ragged as tries to block out the pain, her eyes rolling slightly as she tires to stay in the present.

Jason and James whine softly and slowly make their way towards her, the ears flat against their skulls as their noses scent the air and catch the smell of her pain and blood. They lay down against on one side of the table and curl up into tight balls. The lightening that cracked the sky filled the silence around the room. @SomeoneSomewere

With another whine, Adrian reared up onto this back legs, surrounding her with his front legs so she wouldn't wiggle her way off of the table. His tongue rasped over her head and side, struggling to calm her down and relax her. As she slowed, he licked her head softly, nuzzling her again. He needed to stop the bleeding. He nuzzled her once more with his nose, before grunting at the twins and nodding at Enna before he pulled back, turning and dashing up a set of stairs. Once he found the women, he walked up to her, taking the bottom of her shirt into his mouth and tugging on it, wanting her to follow.

Understanding the message, she nodded, following the nearly frantic sabertooth and his desire to get down to her and help her. He led her back over to the table, whimpering softly at Enna. With a small sigh, the women ruffled his fur on his head before sitting back down in the same spot as earlier. She tisked softly," poor dear..." She reached out gently, and began to go back through the rounds of stopping the bleeding from the multitude of wounds.

Adrian rested his head down on the table, watching her work, his nose only a few inches away from Enna's form, watching her carefully as the wounds were dealt with. @Arista
