Running became a continous lullaby after that, all for them running towards the edge of the forest where it split into the city. Slowing her pace when they reached the edge, Enna and the twins easily shifted back, their foxes and wolves vanishing into nothing.
"If you want Adrian, you can search the outskirts while we go in. I doubt you'll be comfortable being human and surrounded by others. Jason and James will be with me so don't-" her words fade as several screams fill the air, the coppery scent of blood following, Enna moves forward a step before stilling. A figure stands within the center of the street, face hidden and arms outstretched at their sides, without her knowing Enna's eyes flash crimson and her body moves forward on her own.
A second figure joins the first, a flute melody following as more screams fill the air, Jason and James shift anxiously from foot to foot, Enna moving further and further away with each step.
The figure playing the flute turned and golden eyes peeked out from beneath the hood of its cloak, the first figure turned and ice-blue eyes peeked out and locked with Enna's crimson. Ice coming to life, Enna'a voice filled the air as a frigid breeze filed the air with mist.
"Leave here now!" The blast of frigid air had everyone scattering, Enna psize before a woman with her leg twisted in an abnormal angle, her face pale and blood freely pooling around her body. Bending down and tracing her fingers across the bone, a blue light settled over her skin and a moment later her bine was back in place, offering a small smile Enna helps the other to her feet.
"Thank you." She whispered softly, Enna offers a truth of a smile and raises her other hand, the mist hoveering in the air glows light blue and Enna'a voice fills the air once more.
"Obliviate." The mist pulses twice before returning to its original blue color, the flute I'd still playing and Enna's head slowly turns in that direction, her mist fading to nothing as she begins to move forward once again.
"She made them forget." Jason and James offer in unison, watching as all those in the street blink dazely before beginning to walk away from the center of town.
