[OOC] Super Smash Bros Rumble! A Video Game Centric RP

In a unique world, where the laws of death do no apply, mysterious beings have held a no holds barred fighting tournament, traditionally know as Super Smash Bros. For four years, the mysterious beings have hosted this tourney with pride, taking great pleasure in watching people from all walks of life they admire fight, explore, and generally interact with others that they would not normally.

Now, for their fifth effort, the mysterious hosts have busted open the proverbial floodgates. Whereas before they only considered those born of the Nintendo universe worthy of competing, with notable exceptions. However, this time they've decided to go all out and consider anyone that has had a video game worthy of competing. They are prepared for everything they loved about their first four tourneys and more.

Let the fifth annual Super Smash Bros. Tournament...BEGIN!

Alright ladies and gentlemen, here's how this is gonna go down-for now, all you have to do is fill out this nifty application form (see below) with the character you want to RP with, and you're good to go. Just a few stipulations-

1) The character must have appeared in a video game at some point.
2) You cannot use characters already being RPed with by someone else. If that someone has to drop out, then you can snatch up that character, but otherwise you have to use someone else.
3) It should go without saying, but can we PLEASE not be douches to each other? RPs are supposed to be fun 'n stuff, so yeah, play nice.

And that should about cover it. Now , about that application...

Hmmm I read on your previous post we had a limit of four characters...so I would ike to reserve Mikasa and Levi from Attack on Titan, as well as Sora from Kingdom Hearts and Link from Legend of Zelda. I ask to reserve since I am presently on mobile and just writing this post has taken me roughly ten mins. I should have the CSs up by tomorrow EST time though.

Though I do have a quick question. Korra from the LOK series appeared in a a flash game online...would that count... as I would switch her in a heartbeat if it did. Of course unlike the characfers I listed above she's never appeared in a console game...

First of all, yeah doing this stuff on a phone is no easy feat.

Secondly, yes I can reserve those characters for you. Lastly, I can accept Korra, though for future reference I'll only accept flash game based off cartoons characters if they really fit the SSB feel. That is all.

Grinning she walked off leaving the poor man confused and in pain.

RP Example: Link's sword twitched sporadically as he observed his surroundings. The Hero (of something; I haven't decided if this is a general Link or a specific one from a specific timeline) had found himself lost in the middle of a rather similar looking forest. He was sorely regretting running away from that irritating fairy that had kept chanting "hey, listen", but he was sure, had he not, he would have been insane by now. Sighing, he continued down what looked to be a messy path of flattened grass, assuming he would run into some enemy to give him some purpose, or perhaps set him back on the right track. Maybe even a Goron; hopefully a helpful Goron. With another forlorn sigh, he grouchily began trudging down the smoothed path, lips in the shape of a prominent pout. In the distance, one could hear the eerie sound of, "hey, listen,"
Weaponry:Primarily Master Sword and Hylian Shield. Has a slew of other items stored away in...well stored somewhere. For the purposes of the rp the other items I chose to include in his possession are: double clawshots, gale boomawrang, and bombs.

Mikasa Ackerman

Game: Attack On Titan: The Last Wings Of Mankind
RP Example: Mikasa quickly switched blades for her 3DMG, aiming for a tree, and flying fast through the air. She angled her body for the best aerodynamic position, and before she knew it, she had nearly slammed into the trunk of one of the great trees. She would do whatever it took to protect Eren, and being put on "guard" duty wasn't her cup of tea; she would find her brother, and maybe even punch Levi in the face for being the little prick he was. Scowling at her ignorance, she maneuvered over to another tree, narrowly avoiding the large heated palms of a blubbering Titan. It's mouth was open wide, tongue wiggling grossly, as it nipped in MIkasa's direction. "Shit," she murmured, climbing upward to escape its grasping palms.

Lance Corporal Levi

Game: AoT: The Last Wings of Freedom
RP Example: Levi let out a heavy sigh rolling his gray orbs as he flew between the trees. Trust that Ackerman brat to cause more trouble than needed. Why was she so hung up on that boy...on Eren. Her overprotective tendencies had become increasingly noticeable, especially anytime Levi talked about Eren. The girl went into full guard dog mode, disallowing Levi to say anything that would tarnish that Titan boy as anything but an angel. It was infuriating, especially for Levi, whose insults rarely meant harm, and were often helpful criticisms. Their relationship was a weird one, and he often felt that Eren had been their only tie until they had started working together. She was slowly beginning to respect, maybe even like Levi, but she still defended Eren like her life depended on it. Shaking his head, he focused back on the present world, and trying to find this overprotective little troublemaker.

RP Example: The Dragonborn slowly crept underbrush, warily eyeing the skies. He was tired of dealing with dragons....dragons and dragons and dragons and dragons. Sure, he could speak their tongue, and sometimes even made friends with a few sweet tempered specimens, but the others that constantly challenged him were quite frankly becoming a pain in the ass. He swath away a horsefly as it savagely attacked his face, bumping into his cheeks over and over again as though it had gone insane. Perhaps the Dragonborn was starting to smell like horse shit from hiding in stables and sleeping on the cold grass when he was too far away from civilization to get an inn. Still, he was content to travel and learn as much as he could; the world was a beautiful place, after all.
Weaponry: Dragon Shouts, an iron sword, an iron shield, and limited fire magic use.

The green line on it's helmet began to glow brightly, as electricity began building up inside it's weapon, to the point that sparks began shooting out, left and right. "Solution found: Extermination." With those simple words, the suited hunter unleashed the electricity stored in The Shock Coil, firing off bolts towards who was being considered to be the next victim of the powerful prototype weapon.
